英文摘要:? ? ? Inclusive finance is about providing financial services that meet the real needs of all social strata, with equal opportunities and affordable costs. The development of inclusive finance should also adhere to the principle of commercial sustainability. Since the implementation of reform and opening-up policies, the importance of small and micro enterprises in China's economic system has been increasingly highlighted. With the dramatic changes in the global economic landscape in recent years and the significant challenges faced by the process of economic globalization, domestic economic growth has slowed down, and many traditional industries are facing unprecedented difficulties. Especially the sudden outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has had a great impact on the survival and development of small and micro enterprises. Against this backdrop, the Chinese government has continuously introduced a series of policies and measures to support small and micro enterprises, covering credit support, technological innovation, tax reduction, and other aspects, to help these enterprises through difficult times. Among them, inclusive finance, as an important way to enhance the ability of financial services to serve the real economy and promote common prosperity, is gradually becoming a focus of national policy. Financial institutions have the responsibility and obligation to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, creating a more favorable financial environment for the private economy. By providing more precise and efficient financial services, they help small and micro enterprises alleviate financial pressure, stimulate innovation vitality, enhance market competitiveness, and thus promote the healthy development of the entire economic system. ? ? ? As a leading state-owned commercial bank in China, JS Bank actively fulfills its social responsibility to support small and micro enterprises. Relying on its strong financial technology strength, it changes the traditional thinking of focusing only on large enterprises and large projects, which is based on the "80/20 rule" that 20% of customers create 80% of profits. Instead, it pays attention to the growth and development of small and micro enterprises, making "inclusive finance" one of JS Bank's "three major strategies" and is committed to building a sustainable and effective business mechanism. However, JS Bank's T branch is facing severe challenges in the field of inclusive finance. On the one hand, it must deal with fierce market competition from peers and internet financial platforms; on the other hand, it needs to address internal issues such as the rise in non-performing loan rates and the narrowing of the interest spread. At the same time, it must also cope with the increasingly strict regulatory requirements from government regulatory authorities. Against this backdrop, JS Bank's T branch urgently needs to formulate and implement effective business competition strategies to enhance the competitiveness of its inclusive finance business and seize the initiative in the complex and changing market environment. This requires the bank to continuously innovate in financial products and services, and to continuously optimize risk management and internal operational efficiency to ensure a leading position in fierce market competition. ? ? ? This thesis takes JS Bank's T branch as the research object, and through the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on inclusive finance, interviews with relevant practitioners, and comparisons with peer products, it deeply analyzes the current development status of JS Bank's T branch's inclusive finance business. By using tools such as PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces, internal resource analysis, and value chain analysis, it evaluates the internal and external environment, and uses the SWOT model to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and challenges of JS Bank's T branch's inclusive finance. Finally, it provides recommendations for JS Bank's T branch to adopt a differentiated competitive strategy. Based on the above analysis, this thesis proposes detailed implementation countermeasures and strategic implementation guarantees to ensure the feasibility of the competitive strategy choice.
