中文摘要: 摘 要 近年来,伴随着全球经济的快速增长,汽车行业发展呈现突飞猛进之势。它不仅是国家经济的重要组成部分,同时也关系到其他产业的发展。而汽车零部件作为汽车的重要组成部分,是整个行业高质量发展的必要元素。在新能源汽车崛起的背景下,汽车零部件行业也需把握好宏观环境,分析行业竞争态势,研究企业战略,进一步提升竞争优势。 H公司主营汽车板的剪切配送业务,生产产品规格齐全,可满足各种汽车用钢的加工需求。本文以H公司的剪切配送业务低成本竞争战略作为研究对象,借助宏观环境分析的PEST模型、行业环境分析的波特五力模型、企业资源和核心能力理论等模型,从宏观,中观,微观三个层面对H公司的剪切配送业务进行剖析,在运用SWOT矩阵分析明确H公司整体战略方向的基础上,对H公司各种可能的业务战略进行价值性和可行性的比较分析,并最终选择了低成本战略作为H公司的业务战略。通过研究价值链基本活动,制定出H公司低成本业务战略落地的具体策略和保障措施。结论表明,在宏观和中观环境相对稳定的前提下,H公司通过微观层面发挥自身资源基础和核心能力优势,制定出低成本战略落地的系列措施;加之企业文化与激励机制建设、组织变革和流程优化、人力资源策略调整与能力提升等方面的综合施策,以系统化研究成功推动低成本战略的全面有效实施,并助力H公司持续地获取和保持竞争优势。这些研究以及成果为H公司进一步提升业务竞争力,实现高质量发展奠定了坚实基础。 该论文以H公司剪切配送业务存在的战略问题为研究切入点,充分运用企业战略,特别是业务战略管理的理论、模型和方法,从H公司整体战略目标出发,继而运用价值链分析,制定出低成本战略实施的方案和保障措施,并得出H公司通过低成本战略的实施可以持续获取和保持竞争优势的结论。这些研究以及成果,对企业业务战略理论的深化运用以及H公司和同类型企业的业务战略研究,都有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。 关键字:汽车板剪切配送业务;低成本战略;价值链分析 
英文摘要: Abstract In recent years, with the rapid growth of the global economy, the automotive industry has developed by leaps and bounds. It is not only an important component of the national economy but also related to the development of other industries. As a crucial part of automobiles, auto parts are essential for the high-quality development of the entire industry. In the context of the rise of new energy vehicles, the auto parts industry also needs to grasp the macro environment, analyze industry competition, study corporate strategies, and further enhance competitive advantages. H company mainly engages in the shearing and distribution business of automotive plates, producing a wide range of product specifications to meet various processing needs for steel used in automobiles. This article takes H company's low-cost competition strategy in the shearing and distribution business as the research subject. With the help of models such as the PEST model for macro-environment analysis, Porter's Five Forces model for industry environment analysis, and theories on corporate resources and core competencies, it dissects H company’s shearing and distribution business from macro, meso, and micro levels. Based on the SWOT matrix analysis to clarify H company's overall strategic direction, it conducts a comparative analysis of the value and feasibility of various possible business strategies for H company and ultimately selects a low-cost strategy as H company's business strategy. By studying the basic activities of the value chain, specific strategies and safeguard measures for implementing H company's low-cost business strategy are formulated. The conclusion indicates that under the premise of relatively stable macro and meso environments, H company leverages its own resource base and core competencies at the micro level to develop a series of measures for implementing the low-cost strategy; combined with comprehensive measures such as building corporate culture and incentive mechanisms, organizational transformation and process optimization, adjustment of human resource strategies, and capability enhancement, systematic research has successfully promoted the comprehensive and effective implementation of the low-cost strategy and helped H company continuously acquire and maintain competitive advantages. These studies and outcomes have laid a solid foundation for H company to further enhance its business competitiveness and achieve high-quality development. The paper takes the strategic issues existing in H company's shearing and distribution business as the research entry point, fully utilizes theories, models, and methods of corporate strategy, especially business strategy management. Starting from H company's overall strategic objectives, it then applies value chain analysis to formulate a plan and safeguard measures for implementing a low-cost strategy, concluding that H company can continuously acquire and maintain competitive advantages through the implementation of a low-cost strategy. These studies and outcomes have certain reference value and significance for the deepened application of corporate business strategy theory and the business strategy research of H company and similar enterprises.
