| 中文摘要: | 2014年9月国务院下发《国务院关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》以来,新的高考政策在各个省市地区分批落地,天津地区考生在2020年迎来了“新高考”改革后的第一次高考志愿填报。新的高考政策的变化,让应届考生在高考志愿填报过程中有了更多的选择同时,增加了一定的复杂性。这也让诸多的学生和家长在高考志愿填报咨询服务上的需求越来越明显,2017年以来大量以高考志愿填报为主要服务内容的升学规划咨询机构发展并成熟起来。SH公司在2022年以初创企业的身份加入到升学规划咨询行业中,一方面升学规划咨询这个行业正处于起步阶段,另一方面,SH公司自身也是一家新的企业,所以在形成自己的商业模式时候,没有太多的借鉴和参考,通过三年的摸索,虽然已经有了自己初步的商业模式,但是仍然存在诸多问题。本文希望通过一系列的研究,对SH公司升学规划咨询业务商业模式进行优化,并以此作为同行业的借鉴和参考。 本文作者查阅了大量参考文献,对行业内资深前辈、客户及合作伙伴等进行了访谈和调研,并对商业模式的相关理论和概念以及不同学者的商业模式模型及构成要素都做了深入研究。文章以SH公司升学规划咨询业务为研究对象,通过对其一般宏观环境、行业竞争环境和公司内部环境的分析,结合其商业模式现状的分析,并利用商业模式画布,对其进行了现有问题和问题形成原因的分析。发现了诸如客户细分不准确、客户关系维护缺乏持续性、渠道通路推广深度不足、收入来源单一、成本结构不清晰等方面的问题。并结合问题及成因,对SH公司升学规划咨询业务的商业模式进行优化方案的设计,同时对不同构成要素提出了优化建议和具体实施的保障方案。 通过本文的研究,得出一些研究结论,一是商业模式是动态变化的,属于同一行业的企业之间的商业模式,也会存在较大差异;即使是同一家企业,在不同的发展时期,其商业模式也会存在较大不同;二是,对企业商业模式的分析和优化,有利于企业对自身的清醒认识,是企业发展的核心竞争力;三是,升学规划咨询行业的商业模式并不成熟,SH公司是典型初创企业,对其商业模式的分析和优化的研究能够给相关行业和企业一些借鉴和参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the State Council issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Enrollment System" in September 2014, new college entrance examination policies have been gradually implemented in various provinces and cities. Students in Tianjin welcomed the first college entrance examination after the "new college entrance examination" reform in 2020. The changes in the new college entrance examination policy have given the current year's students more choices in the college entrance examination application process, while also increasing its complexity. This has made the demand for college entrance examination application consulting services from many students and parents increasingly evident. Since 2017, a large number of college entrance examination application consulting agencies, with college entrance examination application as their main service, have developed and matured. SH Company joined the college entrance examination planning consulting industry as a start-up in 2022. On one hand, the college entrance examination planning consulting industry is in its infancy, and on the other hand, SH Company is itself a new enterprise. Therefore, when forming its own business model, there was not much to refer to or learn from. After three years of exploration, although a preliminary business model has been established, there are still many problems. This thesis hopes to optimize the business model of SH Company's college entrance examination planning consulting services through a series of studies and to use this as a reference and reference for the same industry. The author of this thesis has consulted a large number of references, conducted interviews and research with industry veterans, customers, and partners, and made in-depth studies on the relevant theories and concepts of business models as well as the business model models and components of different scholars. The thesis takes SH Company's college entrance examination planning consulting services as the research object, through the analysis of its general macro environment, industry competition environment, and company internal environment, combined with the analysis of the current state of its business model, and combined with the business model canvas, conducted an analysis of problems and their causes. Problems such as inaccurate customer segmentation, lack of continuity in customer relationship maintenance, insufficient depth in channel promotion, a single source of income, and unclear cost structure were identified. Combining problems and causes, an optimization plan for the business model of SH Company's college entrance examination planning consulting services was designed, and optimization suggestions and specific implementation guarantee plans were proposed in combination with different components. Through the research in this thesis, some preliminary research conclusions have been drawn. First, the business model is dynamic and can vary greatly even among enterprises in the same industry; even the same enterprise will have significant differences in its business model at different stages of development. Second, the analysis and optimization of an enterprise's business model are beneficial for the enterprise's clear self-awareness and are the core competitiveness of enterprise development. Third, the business model of the college entrance examination planning consulting industry is not yet mature. SH Company is a typical start-up enterprise, and the research on the analysis and optimization of its business model can provide some reference and reference for related industries and enterprises. | |
