| 中文摘要: | 随着市场竞争日趋激烈,企业面临着降本增效的双重压力,采购与供应链管理的战略地位日益凸显。本文聚焦当前市场竞争日趋激烈的大背景,剖析了采购与供应链管理日益凸显的战略地位。以采矿行业典型企业X公司为研究对象,在系统梳理采购管理、供应商管理、供应链管理等相关理论的基础上,运用文献研究、案例分析、问卷调查等方法,深入剖析了X公司采购与供应链管理的现状。 研究发现,X公司在采购组织架构设置、供应商管理体系构建、采购业务流程规范、供应链信息化水平提升等方面还存在诸多不足,由此导致采购效率低下、供应风险加大、成本居高不下等一系列问题。针对以上问题,本文基于成本控制视角,提出了一套系统的优化方案:首先,优化采购组织架构,通过扁平化设计和权责匹配,破除多头管理和条块分割的弊端,提升组织运作效能;其次,建立科学完善的供应商评价与分类管理体系,实现供应商全生命周期管理,打造战略协同、互利共赢的供应链生态;再次,以流程再造为抓手,围绕采购计划、寻源、履约等关键环节,推行精细化管理,强化成本意识;最后,加快构建供应链信息化管理平台,打通业务协同、数据贯通的任督二脉,以数字化手段赋能采购变革。运用绩效评价工具,本研究系统评估了上述优化方案的实施成效。 结果表明,通过优化采购组织架构、供应商管理、业务流程、信息化建设等多管齐下,X公司在提升采购管理水平、强化供应链协同、控制采购成本等方面取得了显著成效。采购效率与效能的跃升,为企业参与市场竞争提供了强劲动力。本研究丰富了采购与供应链管理理论,为采矿企业乃至其他行业企业优化采购管理、重塑供应链体系提供了理论指引与实践路径,具有较强的理论价值与实用价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As market competition becomes increasingly fierce, enterprises are facing the dual pressure of reducing costs and increasing efficiency, and the strategic position of procurement and supply chain management is becoming increasingly prominent. This paper focuses on the current background of increasingly fierce market competition and analyzes the increasingly prominent strategic position of procurement and supply chain management. Taking X Company, a typical enterprise in the mining industry, as the research object, on the basis of systematically sorting out relevant theories such as procurement management, supplier management, and supply chain management, the current status of procurement and supply chain management of X Company is deeply analyzed by using methods such as literature research, case analysis, and questionnaire survey. The study found that X Company still has many deficiencies in the setting of procurement organizational structure, the construction of supplier management system, the standardization of procurement business processes, and the improvement of supply chain information level, which leads to a series of problems such as low procurement efficiency, increased supply risks, and high costs. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes a set of systematic optimization solutions based on the perspective of cost control: first, optimize the procurement organizational structure, break the drawbacks of multiple management and fragmentation through flat design and matching of rights and responsibilities, and improve the efficiency of organizational operation; second, establish a scientific and complete supplier evaluation and classification management system, realize the full life cycle management of suppliers, and create a strategic collaborative, mutually beneficial and win-win supply chain ecology; third, take process reengineering as a starting point, implement refined management around key links such as procurement planning, sourcing, and contract fulfillment, and strengthen cost awareness; finally, accelerate the construction of a supply chain information management platform, open up the Ren and Du meridians of business collaboration and data penetration, and empower procurement reforms with digital means. Using performance evaluation tools, this study systematically evaluates the implementation results of the above optimization plans. The results show that by optimizing the procurement organizational structure, supplier management, business processes, and information construction, Company X has achieved remarkable results in improving procurement management, strengthening supply chain collaboration, and controlling procurement costs. The leap in procurement efficiency and effectiveness provides a strong impetus for enterprises to participate in market competition. This study enriches the theory of procurement and supply chain management, and provides theoretical guidance and practical paths for mining companies and even other industries to optimize procurement management and reshape the supply chain system. It has strong theoretical and practical value. | |
