中文摘要: 项目进度管理是现代项目管理体系中的一个重要内容,在一些特定项目中,甚至是决定整个项目管理成功与否的首要因素。由于一些重大工程项目能否按期建成投产,对于业主方经济效益及核心竞争力的提升等方面,往往产生非常重大的影响,因此在工程管理实践中,业主方往往把项目进度管理视为一项核心工作。业主方作为整个项目管理体系中的总集成者,与其他建设各方不同,管理范围贯穿于项目的前期策划、设计、建设、运营准备及管理的各个阶段,业主方的工程项目管理是从项目前期决策阶段到运营阶段的工程全生命期项目,其管理职能和管理对象是全局性的,业主方的工程项目管理是个复杂的系统的工程。 项目进度管理是一项专业性、技术性很强的工作,在实际运作过程中,会受到多种复杂条件的制约和影响;同时,它又影响项目其它环节的开展。 国内外学者对此已进行了大量的理论研究,项目进度管理理论不断发展并取得了丰硕成果。同时也应看到,关于业主方的项目进度管理理论研究方面相对缺乏针对性,系统性和可操作性不强。因此,通过运用先进的管理技术和方法,进一步开展业主方项目进度管理研究是很有必要的。 本文在系统研究项目进度管理有关文献的基础上,站在业主方角度,将项目进度管理划分为设计阶段(开工前的准备)、施工阶段(开工后的计划及控制)两个主要阶段。通过分别选取其中的关键活动和管理要素,对每个阶段的进度管理方法进行了分析与研究,从而形成项目进度全过程集成管理的框架。本文运用系统化、集成化的思想,结合莱钢宽厚板项目工程案例,针对项目主要实施阶段的不同特点,对影响项目进度的主要制约因素进行了系统分析和研究,形成了一套通用、完善的管理思路和方法,阐明了工程项目业主方全过程进度管理的重要意义、理论及方法。本文希望通过对工程项目业主方全过程进度管理方面的研究,能够对莱钢工程建设管理水平的进一步提高起到参考作用,并为业主方实施项目进度管理提供一些思路和方法。 
英文摘要: Modern project management is project management system, an important element, in some specific projects, or even the entire project management is to determine the primary factor in the success. Were selected through the key activities and management elements of the progress of each stage of management analysis and research, thus the whole process of the formation of integrated project management framework. In this thesis, the use of systematic and integrated thinking, combined with heavy plate project Laigang cases, mainly for the different characteristics of the implementation phase, the impact of project progress on the major constraints on systematic analysis and research, and form a set of common, and improve management ideas and methods, to clarify the project owners to manage the whole process of the progress of the importance of theory and methods.
