中文摘要:在全球化和市场竞争日益激烈的背景下,人力成本持续增长,市场需求快速变化,企业间的竞争越发激烈。对制造型企业而言,其生产运作管理显得尤为关键,它直接关系到企业的经济效益和市场竞争力。FD公司作为一家在重型卡车制造领域具有重要地位的企业,在行业内具有较强的代表性。其整车生产流程涉及焊装、涂装、总装、动力总成的生产,面临着生产周期长、固定投资高、供应网络复杂等问题,急需通过技术革新和管理优化来应对日益激烈的市场竞争。整车的核心零部件动力总成,占整车价格的四分之一,对于整车的成本、性能、质量等指标至关重要,其生产面临着效率提升和成本控制的双重压力。因此。对动力总成产品的生产运作管理优化是FD公司保持行业领导者地位的关键。 论文通过对 FD公司的动力总成产品的生产运作管理系统进行深入全面的研究,寻找影响产品生产效率、成本、质量等问题的根本原因,以生产运作管理内容为框架,应用生产计划管理理论、精益生产理论、数字化相关理论对这些原因进行了剖析和探讨。通过将理论和实际情况相结合,本文从动力总成当前的实际生产运作现状出发,提出了计划管理优化、现场管理优化、生产效率优化、物料管理优化和数字化系统优化的综合优化方案。最后,为了该优化方案可以落实到位,制定了包括培训保障、组织保障、文化建设保障的综合保障措施。唯有优化方案和保障方案双管齐下,才能确保动力总成生产达到提高生产效率、降低产品成本、满足质量需求的生产运作管理目标。 最后,论文对生产运作管理的优化方案及保障措施进行了归纳与总结,对未来生产运作管理的发展方向进行了展望。论文的研究成果将为动力总成产品,乃至FD公司进一步优化生产流程和加强管理提供帮助。不仅对公司自身的发展具有重要意义,同时也为其他企业提供了有价值的参考。 
英文摘要:In the context of globalization and increasingly fierce market competition, with rising labor costs and rapidly changing market demands, competition among enterprises has become more intense. For manufacturing companies, production and operations management is particularly critical as it directly affects their economic efficiency and market competitiveness. FD Company, as a prominent enterprise in the heavy-duty truck manufacturing sector, is highly representative within the industry. Its truck production process involves welding, painting, general assembly and powertrain production. Facing challenges such as long production cycles time, high fixed assets investments, and a complex supply network, the company urgently needs technological innovation and management optimization to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition. The powertrain, the core component of trucks, accounts for one-quarter of the truck's price and is crucial for indicators like cost, performance, and quality. Its production faces the dual pressures of efficiency enhancement and cost control. Therefore, optimizing the production and operations management of powertrain products is the key for FD Company to maintain its leadership in the industry. Through an in-depth and comprehensive study of FD Company's powertrain production and operations management system, this thesis seeks to identify the root causes affecting production efficiency, cost, and quality. Using production and operations management principles as a framework, this thesis analyzes and discusses above causes by applying production planning and management theories, lean production theories and digitalization theories. By integrating theories with the actual production and operation situation of the powertrain, this thesis proposes a comprehensive optimization plan for planning management, production site management, production efficiency, material management, and digitalized system. Finally, to ensure the implementation of this optimization plan, a support plan is formulated, including training assurance, organizational assurance, and cultural construction assurance. Only by implementing both the optimization plan and the support plan can we ensure that powertrain production achieves the production and operations management goals of improving production efficiency, reducing product costs, and meeting quality requirements. In conclusion, this thesis summarizes and generalizes the optimization plan and the support plan for production and operations management optimization. This thesis also provides an outlook for future production and operations directions. The research results from this thesis will assist in further optimizing the production process and strengthening management for powertrain, even FD Company. This is not only significant for the company's own development but also provides valuable references for other enterprises.
