中文摘要: 伴随新一代数字技术的快速进步,数字化转型为企业提供了前所未有的机 遇,也带来了前所未有的挑战。一方面,国家大力推进“数字中国”和“智能 港口”建设,促进港口数字化基础设施的建设。另一方面,港口行业的竞争日 益激烈,这对该行业的业务模式和技术革新是一种全新的挑战。本文研究 T 港 战略性数字化转型,研究数字化带来的该港口的战略性转变。 本文以企业竞争层次理论为基础,研究 T 港集团公司经营战略性数字化转 型,在回顾价值链理论、资源能力理论和数字化转型等理论的基础上,本文首 先分析了 T 港的外部环境与内部环境的业务现状和 T 港数字化的现状、存在的 问题,论证了 T 港数字化转型的必要性和可行性。运用价值链、战略资源等理 论工具,制定数字化转型具体的目标和整体的层次框架。数字化转型的战略层 次包括产品市场层、活动结构层、资源层。产品市场层包括服务的数字化转型 和市场行为数字化转型,活动结构层包括价值链上关键细分活动的数字化转型, 资源层包括数字化技术对资源管理和战略资源的影响。文章全面系统分析了数 字化对三个层次内容的影响,提出了数字化转型措施,并对其中的重点数字化 转型措施做了进一步分析。最后提出 T 港集团公司战略性数字化转型的保障。 本文研究的战略性数字化转型,是指数字化带来的该港口的战略性转变,是全 局中的多个方面的相互协同的、同时系列的转变,绝不仅仅是运用了数字化技 术和数字化策略,是战略层面系统分析。 本文的研究结论是 T 港集团公司需依据自身的目标、内外部环境及数字化 的现有资源,进行综合性的战略性数字化转型规划。通过在市场层面、业务结 构层面及资源管理层面的数字化转型,结合前沿的数字化技术,采取必要的举 措,以保障战略性数字化转型得以有效落实。本文是分析 T 港集团公司特有的 内、外部环境,所提出的战略性数字化转型的系统措施。对其它港口结合自身 的情况,实施战略性数字化转型规划寻找切入点提供了分析思路和分析内容。 
英文摘要: With the rapid progress of a new generation of digital technologies, digital transformation provides unprecedented opportunities and challenges for enterprises. On the one hand, the country vigorously promotes the construction of "Digital China" and "intelligent ports", and promotes the construction of digital infrastructure in ports. On the other hand, the competition in the port industry is becoming increasingly fierce, which is a new challenge to the business model and technological innovation of the industry. This thesis studies the strategic transformation of digitalization of Port T, and studies the strategic transformation of the port brought about by digitalization. Based on the enterprise competition level theory, this thesis studies the strategic digital transformation of T Port Group. On the basis of reviewing the value chain theory, resource capability theory and digital transformation theory, this thesis first analyzes the business status of the external and internal environment of Port T and the current situation and existing problems of digitalization of T Port Group, and demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of digital transformation of T Port Group. Using theoretical tools such as value chain, resource structure and strategic resources, formulate specific strategic goals and an overall hierarchical framework for digital transformation. The strategic levels of digital transformation include product market level, activity structure level and resource level. The product market level includes digital transformation of services and digital transformation of market behaviors. The activity structure level includes digital transformation of key segmented activities on the value chain. The resource level includes the impact of digital technology on resource management and strategic resources. The thesis comprehensively and systematically analyzes the impact of digitalization on the content of the three levels, proposes digital transformation measures, and further analyzes the key digital transformation measures. Finally, the safeguard measures for the digital strategic transformation of Port T are proposed. The strategic digital transformation studied in this thesis refers to the strategic transformation of the port brought about by digitalization. It is a coordinated and simultaneous series of transformations in multiple aspects of the overall situation. It is by no means just the use of digital technology and digital strategies. It is a systematic analysis at the strategic level. The research conclusion of this thesis is that T Port Group needs to conduct comprehensive digital strategic transformation planning based on its own strategic goals, internal and external environments and existing digital resources. Through digital transformation at the market level, business structure level and resource management level, combined with cutting-edge digital technologies, take necessary measures to ensure the effective implementation of the digital transformation strategy. This thesis analyzes the unique internal and external environments of T Port Group and proposes systematic measures for digital strategic transformation. It provides analysis ideas and analysis contents for other ports to find entry points for implementing digital strategic transformation planning according to their own situations.
