中文摘要：	随着大数据和人工智能的蓬勃发展，企业数据量急速增长，规模庞大。在此时代背景下，数据已逐渐凸显出其作为企业核心战略资源的重要性。数据资产不仅深藏着可观的商业价值，更为企业开辟了崭新的融资渠道。 航空公司作为民航运输业的中坚力量，一直以来具有“重资产、低利润、高负债、竞争激烈”的特点。正常经营的资金需求单靠自身积累是远远不够的，融资策略的合理性和有效性直接影响着企业的经营与发展。在2018年底出台的新租赁准则和2019年底爆发的新冠疫情的叠加影响下，航空公司融资难度进一步加大，市场等不确定性因素还在持续影响着企业发展，这就使航空公司利用数据资产融资变得更具重要意义。 在探讨数据资产融资方案的过程中，本文采用了文献综述、案例研究、规范研究等多种研究方法，确保研究的全面性和深入性。通过文献综述，我们系统地梳理了国内外关于数据资产融资的研究成果，从而构建了扎实的理论基础。通过对成功案例的研究，我们汲取了相关经验。通过对金融机构贷款管理规定的研究，我们明确了融资规则。除此之外，本文以D航空公司为例，对其数据资产进行了全面分析，并在此基础上设计了一套针对该公司的数据资产融资方案，旨在通过数据质押贷款缓解企业资金压力，实现资金的优化配置和成本效益的最大化。 研究发现，D航空公司的数据资产在规模和质量上均具备较高的融资潜力，但仍需进一步挖掘其创新应用和价值创造的能力。本文提出的数据资产融资方案不仅有助于D航空公司筹集资金支持业务发展，还能提升其数据资产的价值创造能力，增强市场竞争力。同时，本文也强调了数据资产融资过程中的风险管理，提出了相应的防范措施，以确保融资活动的顺利进行和公司的稳健发展，为其他数据资产融资企业提供参考案例。
英文摘要：	With the rapid development of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, the volume of data in enterprises is growing exponentially, highlighting its importance as a core strategic resource. Data assets not only harbor considerable commercial value but also open up new financing channels for businesses. As the backbone of the civil aviation transportation industry, airlines have always had the characteristics of "heavy assets, low profits, high debt, and fierce competition." The normal operating capital requirements can hardly be met solely through self-accumulation, and the rationality and effectiveness of the financing strategy directly impact the operation and development of the enterprise. Affected by a slowdown in global economic growth, an escalation of the Sino-US trade war, tense geopolitical tensions, and the COVID-19 pandemic, the financing difficulties of airlines have further increased, making it more meaningful for airlines to utilize their data assets for financing. In exploring the financing model of data assets, this paper employs a diversified research approach to ensure comprehensiveness and depth of study. Through a literature review, we systematically reviewed the theories and practices of data asset financing from domestics and abroad perspective, thus building a solid theoretical foundation. In addition to the literature review, this study also combines case analysis. Taking D Airlines as an example, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of its data assets, including their scale, structure, quality, and utilization. Based on this, we designed a financing scheme specifically for the company, aiming to optimize the allocation of funds and maximize the cost effectiveness through data pledging loans and other modes. Our findings show that D Airlines' data assets have high financing potential in terms of scale and quality, but further efforts are needed to unlock their innovations and value creation capabilities. The financing scheme proposed in this study not only helps D Airlines raise funds to support business development but also enhances its ability to create value from data assets and improve market competitiveness. Meanwhile, this study also emphasizes risk management in data asset financing, providing a reference case for other data asset financing enterprises.
