中文摘要:近年来,众多主要发达国家均将高端装备制造业视为关键领域,加大了在此方面的战略布局,力图在全球科技与产业竞争中占据领先地位。在突出制造业强国战略、集中力量发展重点领域的政策指引下,我国高端装备制造业迎来了高速的发展。 高端装备制造企业在生产过程中,需要采购大量的原材料、零部件、产成品等物资。此类装备因具有系统性强、零部件多等特点,物料的质量表现与供应链的管理水平成为影响产品最终品质的重要因素。其采购产品的质量、成本、货期很大程度上影响了企业的盈利状况。拥有一批质量稳定、交货及时、价格合理的供应商与企业一起协作发展显得尤为必要。 本论文首先结合国内外高端装备制造业的发展现状,针对行业内企业的特点进行分析,指出良好的供应链管理已经成为现代高端装备制造企业提高竞争能力的重要支撑和有效保障,同时提出供应商选择评价这一课题。其次,以G公司为主要研究对象,组织专家进行调查,试图确立供应商选择评价的指标体系。经过讨论与筛选,确定了9项一级指标和21项二级指标,这些指标共同构成了供应商选择评价的完整体系。再次,采用层次分析法,使用专家赋权的方式,结合G公司的供应商选择评价的指标体系,对一级指标及二级指标进行了权重计算。引入模糊综合评价法,构建出更科学、方便操作的供应商选择评价模型。提升了G公司在供应商选择评价过程中的系统性和合理性,为挑选出最优供应商提供理论支撑,找到实用方法。然后,代入G公司生产运营过程中的供应商选择案例,对该模型进行验证。最后,为了保障优化后的供应商选择评价体系顺利实施,文中分别从制度、组织和技术三个方面提出了保障措施。 本论文的研究结论,既有利于提高G公司供应商选择评价的科学性,又符合现代企业管理和发展需求,对行业内同类型的装备制造企业也有很好的指导意义。  
英文摘要:In recent years, major developed countries have prioritized the high-end equipment manufacturing sector, intensifying their strategic planning to secure a dominant position in global technological and industrial competition. Under policies emphasizing a robust manufacturing strategy and concentrated efforts in key sectors, China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry has experienced rapid growth. High end equipment manufacturing enterprises need to purchase a large number of raw materials, parts, finished products and other materials in the production process. Due to the characteristics of high-end equipment such as strong systematicness and many parts, the quality performance of materials and the management level of supply chain have become important factors affecting the final quality of products. The quality, cost, delivery time and other factors of its purchased products largely affect the profitability of the enterprise. It is particularly necessary to have a group of suppliers with stable quality, timely delivery and reasonable price to cooperate with enterprises. This thesis commences by integrating the current development status of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry both domestically and internationally. It conducts an analysis based on the characteristics of enterprises within the industry, highlighting that proficient supply chain management has emerged as a crucial underpinning and effective guarantee for enhancing the competitiveness of contemporary high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises. Simultaneously, it brings forth the subject of supplier selection and evaluation. Secondly, with Company G as the primary research object, experts are organized for investigations in an attempt to establish an index system for supplier selection and evaluation. Through discussions and screenings, nine primary indicators and 21 secondary indicators are determined, collectively constituting a comprehensive system for supplier selection and evaluation. Thirdly, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is employed, utilizing expert weighting, in conjunction with the index system of supplier selection and evaluation of Company G, to calculate the weights of the primary and secondary indicators. The Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method is introduced to construct a more scientific and operationally convenient model for supplier selection and evaluation. This elevates the systematicity and rationality of Company G's process of supplier selection and evaluation, furnishing theoretical support for identifying the optimal supplier and discovering practical approaches. Subsequently, a case of supplier selection during the production and operation of Company G is substituted to validate this model. Finally, to ensure the seamless implementation of the optimized supplier selection and evaluation system, safeguard measures are proposed respectively from three aspects: system, organization, and technology within the text. The research conclusion of this paper not only helps to improve the scientificity of G company's supplier selection, but also meets the needs of modern enterprise management and development, and has a good reference for the same type of enterprises.
