中文摘要: | 数字化为企业、行业乃至整个社会带来了前所未有的创新力和竞争力,极大的提升了信息处理能力、促进了流程优化与效率提升。工厂楼宇数字化管理是工厂数字化管理的重要组成部分,主要以云计算、物联网、人工智能、大数据等先进技术为核心,通过构建智能化的管理平台,实现对工厂楼宇内各类动力设备、设施、人员及环境的实时监控、智能调度以及数据分析,从而提升工厂的管理效率、优化资源配制、降低运营成本,并增强工厂的安全性和可持续发展特性。工厂楼宇为汽车制造企业提供生产空间和风水电气等核心能源介质,是汽车制造企业的核心载体。 本文运用文献研究、案例分析、比较分析、理论分析等方法,对汽车制造业工厂楼宇数字化管理进行了全面分析,并据此深入剖析B汽车制造企业工厂楼宇管理存在的问题,发现当前企业的数字化建设不完善、生产资源利用不充分、不同平台之间信息孤岛、工厂楼宇中控室运营管理等问题严重阻碍了B汽车制造企业追求高效、智能、可持续发展的要求。从而研究构建了一套科学、系统、可操作的工厂楼宇数字化管理体系,包括全面完整的体系设计思路、高效的工厂楼宇数字化管理平台、智能的工厂楼宇自动控制管理系统、工厂楼宇企业信息资源管理系统及工厂楼宇中控室管理系统。此外,针对体系的构建目标与实施保障也进行了深入的研究,进一步增强了论文管理体系的可操作性。 论文提出了汽车制造企业工厂楼宇数字化管理体系的重要意义,对于企业提质增效、行业加速转型、政府产业升级等具有深远影响。通过构建科学合理的数字化管理体系,并有效实施关键技术和管理措施,可以显著提升汽车行业工厂楼宇管理的效能和竞争力,并可为同类型企业的工厂楼宇数字化管理起到借鉴意义。 | |
英文摘要: | Digitalization has brought unprecedented innovation and competitiveness to enterprises, industries, and even the entire society. It has enhanced information processing capabilities, promoted process optimization, and improved efficiency. Digitalization management of factory building is a critical component of factory digital management, which is based on advanced technologies such as cloud computing, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and big data. Real-time monitoring, intelligent scheduling, and data analysis of various power equipment, facilities, personnel, and environment in the factory building can be realized by building an intelligent management platform. And then improve the management efficiency, optimize resource allocation, reduce operating costs, enhance the safety, and promote sustainable development of the factory. Factory building provides production space and core energy media such as air, water, and electricity for automobile manufacturing enterprises, which is the core carrier of automobile manufacturing enterprises. The digitalization management of factory building in the automobile manufacturing enterprises has been analyzed comprehensively based on literature research, case analysis, comparative analysis, and theoretical analysis, etc. The problems are found that the current digital construction of the enterprise is imperfect, the utilization of production resources is insufficient, information silos between different platforms and the operation management of the central control room is not efficient. Thus, a scientific, systematic, and operable digitalization management system for factory building is developed and designed, including a comprehensive system design concept, an efficient digitalization management platform, an intelligent automatic control management system, an enterprise information resource management system, and a central control room management system of factory building. In addition, in-depth research has been conducted on the construction goals and implementation guarantees of the system, further enhancing the operability of the paper management system. The paper highlights the significant importance of a digitalization management system of factory building in automobile manufacturing enterprises, which has far-reaching implications for improving quality and efficiency, accelerating industry transformation, and upgrading government industries. The efficiency and competitiveness of factory building management in the automotive manufacturing enterprise can be significantly improved by constructing a scientifically reasonable digitalization management system, implementing key technologies and management measures effectively. And it can also provide reference for the digitalization management of factory building in similar enterprises. | |
