| 英文摘要: | As global competition in the manufacturing industry intensifies, companies need to continuously improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. The Manufacturing Execution System (MES), as an advanced information technology tool, can facilitate the process of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and solidify the results of business process reengineering. This thesis takes W Company as the research object to explore its methods for business process mapping and optimization based on MES application. By analyzing the existing business processes of W Company, identifying the problems and bottlenecks, and designing and implementing new business processes, the study shows that MES-based business process optimization can significantly improve W Company's production efficiency, reduce production costs, and enhance product quality. In the research process, the existing business processes of W Company were first described and analyzed in detail. Through business process mapping, a comprehensive understanding of the various stages of the existing processes, the relationships between processes, and the problems within the processes was achieved. Issues identified include raw material receipt and inventory management, disconnection between production planning and actual production, prevention of feeding errors during the production process, lack of strict quality control, and low equipment utilization rates. Based on these issues, this thesis proposes new business process design principles, including simplification, automation, standardization, and flexibility. According to these principles, new business processes were designed, covering raw material inventory management, production planning, production execution, quality management, and equipment management. During the implementation of the new business processes, a detailed implementation plan was formulated, including implementation steps, time schedules, resource allocation, and responsibility division. Employees were trained on the new processes to familiarize them with the operation methods and requirements of the new processes. Before implementing the new processes across the entire company, pilot implementations were conducted on selected production lines or workshops to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the new processes. Based on the success of the pilot implementations, the new processes were fully promoted across the entire company. During the full promotion, monitoring and management were strengthened to ensure the smooth implementation of the new processes. By comparing key performance indicators (KPIs) before and after BPR, the effects of BPR were evaluated. The evaluation results show that MES-based business process optimization can significantly improve W Company's production efficiency, reduce production costs, and enhance product quality. Based on the evaluation results, business processes are continuously optimized and improved to ensure the continuous improvement of BPR. In the future, with the continuous development of information technology, the application of MES in business process optimization will become more extensive and in-depth. Enterprises should continuously explore and apply new information technologies to promote the continuous optimization and improvement of business processes, thereby enhancing their competitiveness. | |
