中文摘要: | 供应商管理是企业供应链管理中的关键组成部分,旨在优化与供应商的关系和合作,以提高整体供应链的效率和竞争力。良好的供应商管理是保障项目顺利实施、提升企业竞争力的关键举措。企业要实施良好的供应商管理,高质高效的供应商评价至关重要。通过建立透明的沟通机制和严格的评估标准,促进供应商提高服务水平、增强自身实力、激发供应商潜力,更好地为企业服务,营造出和谐共赢的供需关系,进一步增强企业的竞争力。 本文以G公司为研究对象,采用提出问题、解决问题和实例验证的研究思路,对其供应商的评价工作进行了深入探讨。在对相关理论和文献进行系统梳理的基础上,本文首先分析了G公司关于供应商的评价工作现状。通过专家访谈法识别了现有评价工作中的不足,并据此提出了改进G公司供应商评价工作的方案。该方案包括基于结构方程模型构建供应商评价指标体系,利用层次分析法确定评价指标的权重,然后选取了G公司3家供应商,实施新评价方案并进行效果分析,从而验证了改进工作的有效性。为了确保供应商评价方案有效实施,提出了保障措施。最后说明了论文的结论和展望。 本文分析了G公司在供应商评价环节中存在的典型问题,并提出了针对性的优化措施,最终构建了G公司供应商评价指标体系。通过实施该评价方案并进行效果分析,验证了其在提升G公司供应商管理整体水平方面的有效性。希望本研究的成果不仅能为G公司带来实质性的改进,同时也能为其他综合能源服务企业提供借鉴与参考,助力行业内供应商管理水平的进一步提升。 | |
英文摘要: | Supplier management is a key component of enterprise supply chain management, aimed at optimizing relationships and collaborations with suppliers to enhance overall supply chain efficiency and competitiveness. Effective supplier management is crucial for ensuring the smooth implementation of projects and enhancing the competitive edge of enterprises. High-quality and efficient supplier evaluation is essential for implementing good supplier management. By establishing transparent communication mechanisms and stringent evaluation standards, enterprises can encourage suppliers to improve service levels, enhance their own capabilities, and unlock their potential to better serve the enterprise. This fosters a harmonious and mutually beneficial supply-demand relationship, furthe strengthening the enterprise's competitiveness. This thesis takes Company G as the research object and adopts a research approach of problem identification, problem solving, and case validation to conduct an in-depth exploration of its supplier evaluation work. Based on a systematic review of relevant theories and literature, this thesis first analyzes the current state of supplier evaluation at Company G. Through expert interviews, deficiencies in the existing evaluation process were identified, leading to the proposal of an improved supplier evaluation plan for Company G. This plan includes constructing a supplier evaluation indicator system based on structural equation modeling (SEM), using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weights of the evaluation indicators, and then selecting three suppliers from Company G. The new evaluation plan was implemented and its effectiveness analyzed, thereby verifying the improvements. To ensure the effective implementation of the supplier evaluation plan, safeguard measures were proposed. Finally, the thesis presents the conclusions and future outlook. This thesis analyzes the typical problems in the supplier evaluation process at Company G and proposes targeted optimization measures, ultimately constructing a supplier evaluation indicator system for Company G. Through the implementation and effectiveness analysis of this evaluation plan, its effectiveness in enhancing the overall level of supplier management at Company G was verified. It is hoped that the results of this thesis will not only bring substantial improvements to Company G but also provide reference and guidance for other integrated energy service enterprises, thereby assisting in the further enhancement of supplier management levels within the industry. | |
