中文摘要：	随着中国医疗市场对外的逐步开放，外资医院在国内的发展步入了加速扩张的新阶段，尤其在高端医疗服务领域内，外资医院凭借其领先的技术优势与先进的管理模式，成功攫取了显著的市场份额。作为外资医院供给高品质医疗服务的关键支柱，医疗设备的地位举足轻重，其在精准诊断与有效治疗中发挥着不可替代的作用。因此，医疗设备的合理配置不仅直接关联到外资医院的诊疗服务质量和患者的整体满意度，还深刻影响着外资医院在激烈市场竞争中的站位。基于外资医院在中国的特殊定位，医疗设备的采购策略遂成为其运营管理中一个至关重要的考量点。 本研究选取C外资医院作为实证案例，分析了外资医院在医疗设备采购管理方面的现状，并运用层次分析法（AHP）等工具，对外资医院医疗设备的采购策略进行了深入剖析与优化调整。论文首要步骤是对C医院现行医疗设备采购管理体系的全面审视，随后采用情景分析法识别并筛选出C医院外资背景下影响医疗设备采购的多维度因素，并利用AHP模型科学计算各因素的相对重要性。此外，论文研究强调引入了外部专家评估体系，并结合外资医院的特殊环境和发展战略，综合考虑医疗设备的技术规格、商务条款及支持外资医院核心服务理念的相关因素，构建了一套较为科学的采购决策模型。 本研究的核心价值在于，通过精细化的医疗设备采购策略，为C医院乃至更广泛的外资医院提供了科学的决策支持框架，旨在进一步增强其在中国医疗市场的竞争力，同时促进整个健康产业的多元化与可持续发展。
英文摘要：	With the gradual opening-up of China's healthcare market to the outside world, foreign-invested hospitals have entered a new phase of accelerated expansion in their domestic development. Especially in the realm of high-end medical services, foreign-invested hospitals have successfully captured a significant market share leveraging their leading technological advantages and advanced management models. As a key pillar supporting foreign-invested hospitals in providing high-quality medical services, medical equipment plays a pivotal role, exerting an irreplaceable influence in precise diagnosis and effective treatment. Therefore, the rational allocation of medical equipment is not only directly related to the quality of diagnosis and treatment services provided by foreign-invested hospitals and the overall satisfaction of patients but also profoundly impacts their positioning amidst intense market competition. Given the unique positioning of foreign-invested hospitals in China, the procurement strategy for medical equipment becomes a crucial consideration in their operational management. This study selects Hospital C as an empirical case to analyze the current status of medical equipment procurement management in foreign-invested hospitals. Tools such as the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) are employed to conduct an in-depth analysis and optimization of the procurement strategies for medical equipment in foreign-invested hospitals. The initial step of the research involves a comprehensive review of the existing medical equipment procurement management system in Hospital C. Subsequently, the scenario analysis method is used to identify and screen multidimensional factors influencing medical equipment procurement under the foreign-invested background of Hospital C, and the AHP model is utilized to scientifically calculate the relative importance of each factor. Furthermore, this study emphasizes the introduction of an external expert evaluation system and, considering the special environment and development strategies of foreign-invested hospitals, comprehensively takes into account factors such as the technical specifications of medical equipment, commercial terms, and those related to supporting the core service philosophy of foreign-invested hospitals, thereby constructing a relatively scientific procurement decision-making model. The core value of this study lies in providing a scientific decision-support framework for Hospital C and, more broadly, foreign-invested hospitals through refined medical equipment procurement strategies. The aim is to further enhance their competitiveness in the Chinese healthcare market while promoting the diversification and sustainable development of the entire health industry.
