中文摘要:当前,国内经济下行压力增大,市场不良资产总量持续增加,不良资产收购处置业务难度不断攀升,地方资产管理公司展业面临的挑战不断增加。地方资产管理公司能否妥善化解不良资产风险关乎区域金融市场稳定、实体经济纾困,因此帮助地方资产管理公司探索一条业务层改革道路意义重大。 本文聚焦不良资产收购处置业务,选取近年来不良资产业务战略不甚明确的地方资产管理公司——J公司作为对象,采用文献研究法和案例分析法开展研究。全文综合运用PEST和五力模型等工具对行业的外部环境进行分析,认为不良资产行业整体市场空间呈扩大趋势,但业务处置难度也呈上升形势,且行业监管愈发严格,企业回归服务实体经济本源、强化不良资产处置能力是未来发展趋势,不良资产行业中不动产类不良资产或将成为未来行业竞争的焦点;还运用可持续竞争优势和价值链等理论对J公司内部情况进行评价,认为J公司作为天津市国有地方AMC公司,国有背景能够带来对天津国资国企不良资产展业先机,区域优势明显,且公司内部法人治理体系完整、制度健全、人员架构完备,能够较好的支持公司的主要活动和次要活动。在上述分析基础上,使用SWOT矩阵进行梳理,明确企业适合聚焦化战略,再从企业的内部资源和价值链活动进一步分析,最终确定聚焦差异化战略。战略实施的具体措施为:通过打造特色处置末端、加强业务渠道维护和推动“互联网+”赋能来构建战略实施路径,通过强化制度建设、优化组织架构和明确人力资源重点来为战略实施提供保障,通过抓实政策风险管理、流程风险管理和道德风险管理来规避战略实施的风险。 研究结论和展望部分,本文建议J公司充分考虑政策导向和监管要求,选择聚焦差异化战略推动公司业务由“资金业务”向“资产业务”转型,紧盯天津本土,聚焦本地国有企业不动产类不良资产这一细分市场,运用不动产管理运营这一服务品类,通过管理运营获取持续收益和标的资产价值提升转让,实现企业竞争优势。本文提出的研究结论,对于J公司具有较高的参考价值,同时对于国内其他地方资产管理公司也具有一定的借鉴意义。
