| 中文摘要: | 随着互联网技术的普及,电商平台在民众及工业领域影响力剧增,国企及央企采购模式正加速向线上转型,电子商务系统的信息化、数字化转型成为企业高质量发展的关键。工业品线上采购市场潜力巨大,吸引众多企业涌入。 本文聚焦E工业品采购服务平台,该平台是国央企自建采购电商的先锋,十年间已从单一采购平台转型为工业互联网深度融合、供应链全链条数字化的立体服务平台。文章深入分析其商业模式,揭示当前运营阶段面临的关键挑战,并针对这些问题提出商业模式优化设计,旨在促进E平台持续健康发展,把握市场先机。 本文综合运用了案例剖析、文献回顾与深度访谈等多元研究方法,首先对国内工业品线上采购服务领域的主流商业模式进行了概览,随后聚焦于案例企业E平台,深入剖析了其作为工业品采购服务平台的背景信息、当前商业模式的运作现状,并细致揭示了该平台在运营过程中所面临的挑战与问题。通过竞争环境分析,再利用SWOT 模型,评估出案例企业商业模式的优势、劣势、机会以及威胁。继而通过商业模式四要素理论,从价值主张、盈利模式、关键资源、重要合作四个方面,多角度讨论了案例企业正在运营的商业模式以及面临的问题。 根据对平台面临的环境和商业模式现状分析的结果,从强化价值主张、拓宽盈利模式、提升关键资源利用以及调整关键流程四个方面优化商业模式。同时,从企业文化(以客户为中心,灵活调整策略和资源)、人力资源(选拔培养新技术人才,增强竞争力)和数据安全(保障采购电商平台的数据安全,提升客户留存度和黏度)三方面优化设计实施保障,确保平台持续发展和市场竞争力提升。 本研究核心在于剖析E工业品采购服务平台商业模式演进及其逻辑,探讨其如何将线上采购经验与研发能力融合,转化为核心竞争力。文章致力于探索如何将精准市场洞察、高效运营策略及创新技术解决方案,转化为满足多样化、高效、优质平台服务需求的定制化能力。这一过程对E平台自我提升及为行业提供可借鉴模式至关重要。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the popularization of Internet technology, the influence of e-commerce platforms in the public and industrial fields has soared, and the procurement mode of state-owned enterprises and central enterprises is accelerating the transformation to online, and the informatization and digital transformation of e-commerce system has become the key to the high-quality development of enterprises. The online procurement market of industrial products has huge potential, attracting many enterprises. This paper focuses on E industrial product procurement service platform, which is the pioneer of self-established procurement e-commerce by central enterprises. In the past ten years, it has transformed from a single procurement platform to a three-dimensional service platform with deep integration of industrial Internet and the digitalization of the whole supply chain. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of its business model, reveals the key challenges in the current operation stage, and puts forward the optimization design of the business model to solve these problems, aiming to promote the sustainable and healthy development of E platform and grasp the market opportunity. This thesis, the integrated use of case analysis, literature review and depth interview multiple research methods, first of all, the mainstream in the field of domestic industrial online procurement services business model for the overview, then focus on case enterprise E platform, deeply analyzes the background of the information as industrial procurement service platform, the current situation of the current business model, and detailed reveals the platform in the process of operation. Through the analysis of the competitive environment and then using the SWOT model, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the business model of the case enterprise are evaluated. Then, through the four-element theory of business model, the business model and the problems faced by the case enterprises are discussed from four perspectives: value model, profit model, key resources and important cooperation. According to the results of the analysis of the environment and the current situation of the business model faced by the platform, the business model is optimized from four aspects: strengthening the value proposition, broadening the profit model, improving the utilization of key resources, and adjusting the key processes. At the same time, from the enterprise culture, human resourcesand data security three aspects optimization design implementation guarantee, ensure that the platform for sustainable development and market competitiveness. According to the analysis and evaluation results, the business model of the e-commerce platform is proposed from four aspects: strengthening the value proposition, broadening the profit model, improving the utilization of key resources and adjusting the key process. Later, the author discusses the implementation guarantee of the improvement plan from three aspects of enterprise culture guarantee, human resources guarantee and data security guarantee. Take the customer as the center of cultural security platform according to the needs of customers change real-time adjustment strategy and allocate resources to seize the market opportunity, and as a research and development as the core platform enterprise new technology personnel selection and training is the guarantee of growing competitiveness, at the same time, as the service enterprise especially the state customer electric business platform, data security technical support to improve customer retention and customer viscosity. The core of this research is to analyze the evolution of business model and logic of E industrial product procurement service platform, and to explore how to integrate online procurement experience with research and development ability into core competitiveness. The article is committed to exploring how to transform accurate market insights, efficient operation strategies and innovative technology solutions into customized capabilities to meet diversified, efficient and quality platform service needs. This process is crucial to self-improvement and providing a useful model for the industry. | |
