中文摘要:随着互联网技术的快速发展,在线教育行业迎来了前所未有的变革。但政策环境的重大变化,尤其是“双减”政策是落地,对K12在线教育行业产生了深远的影响。本文以Z教育科技公司为研究对象,采用战略管理理论中的SWOT分析法,结合PEST分析、波特五力模型、IFE矩阵和EFE矩阵等工具,全面分析了公司内外部环境,并提出了相应的发展战略。 研究发现,Z教育科技公司在用户基础、师资质量、研发创新能力及品牌认知度等现状和内部能力上具有一定优势。公司通过双师教学模式,结合直播技术和教学资源,为K12学生提供全面的学习辅导服务。教师团队大多来自顶尖高校,拥有丰富的教学经验和高学历背景。此外,公司还利用人工智能和大数据等技术不断提升教育内容和服务质量。但Z公司也面临产品同质化、教学个性化服务不足等挑战。 外部环境分析揭示了在线教育行业竞争加剧、政策变化不确定性等威胁,以及用户网络消费意愿增强、教育观念进步等机遇。针对这些挑战和机遇,本文通过科学的工具和方法提出了以增长型战略为主,多样化战略为辅的战略建议。增长型战略着重于利用公司的优势和市场机会,通过强化品牌力量、优化营销策略、丰富产品种类、提升用户体验和关注教师发展等措施,实现公司的持续成长和市场竞争力的提升。多样化战略则旨在通过扩展服务范围和探索新的业务模式来分散风险,并寻求新的增长点。 在战略实施方面,本文提出了一系列具体的实施措施,并说明了措施实施在制度、组织、技术和财务方面的保障。通过这些综合性的战略措施,Z教育科技公司有望在未来的市场保持并提升竞争实力,实现可持续发展。实现公司的持续成长和市场竞争力的提升。 最后,本文对研究的局限性进行了讨论,并在研究展望部分指出,未来研究应关注在线教育行业的动态竞争环境变化,以及技术进步对教育模式的影响,为行业提供更深入的战略指导。 
英文摘要:With the rapid advancement of Internet technology, the online education sector has witnessed unprecedented transformation. Nevertheless, the substantial alterations in the policy environment, particularly the implementation of the "Double Reduction" policy, have exerted a profound influence on the K12 online education industry. This thesis takes Z Education Technology Company as the research subject and employs the SWOT analysis method from strategic management theory, in conjunction with tools such as PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces Model, IFE matrix, and EFE matrix, to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the company's internal and external environment and propose corresponding development strategies. The research reveals that Z Education Technology Company holds certain advantages in terms of user base, teacher quality, R&D and innovation capabilities, and brand recognition. The company offers comprehensive learning and tutoring services for K12 students through the dual-teacher teaching model, integrating live-streaming technology and teaching resources. The majority of the teaching team hails from top universities, possessing rich teaching experience and high academic qualifications. Additionally, the company utilizes technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data to continuously enhance the quality of educational content and services. However, Z Company also confronts challenges such as product homogeneity and insufficient personalized teaching services. The analysis of the external environment discloses threats like intensified competition within the online education industry and uncertainties in policy changes, as well as opportunities such as the enhanced willingness of users to consume online and the advancement of educational concepts. In response to these challenges and opportunities, this thesis presents strategic suggestions with a growth-oriented strategy as the primary approach and a diversification strategy as a supplementary one through scientific tools and methods. The growth-oriented strategy focuses on leveraging the company's strengths and market opportunities by strengthening brand power, optimizing marketing strategies, enriching product varieties, enhancing user experience, and emphasizing teacher development, to achieve sustained growth and an improvement in market competitiveness. The diversification strategy aims to diversify risks by expanding the service scope and exploring new business models and seek new growth points. Regarding strategy implementation, this thesis puts forward a series of specific implementation measures and elaborates on the guarantees in terms of systems, organization, technology, and finance for the implementation of these measures. Through these comprehensive strategic measures, Z Education Technology Company is expected to maintain and enhance its competitive strength in the future market and achieve sustainable development. Finally, this thesis discusses the limitations of the research and points out in the research outlook section that future research should focus on the dynamic competitive environment changes in the online education industry and the impact of technological progress on educational models to provide more in-depth strategic guidance for the industry.
