中文摘要:摘要 保险经纪人作为保险业重要的组成部分,在保险发展过程中起到了关键的作用。在国外发达保险市场中保险经纪人自出现至今已有百余年的历史,而我国自2000年才有首批保险经纪公司注册成立。我国整体保险经纪行业起步较晚仍处于初级发展阶段,距离世界保险经纪行业平均发展水平仍有很大提升空间。 本论文以KX公司为研究案例,因KX公司作为一家央企背景的股东型保险经纪公司,目前已是国内规模较大综合实力较强的保险经纪公司。但是受制于股东资源的限制,未来公司更多的业务增长点将来自市场客户,需要寻找到一个适合公司的竞争战略就显得尤为重要。通过对KX公司内外部环境分析并结合其自身现状和发展历史,选择出了目前适宜KX公司的竞争战略是差异化。在确定了具体的竞争战略之后需要对构成企业价值链环节的不同因素加以分析,并对这些价值活动重新构建新的价值体系,从而确定企业自身的竞争优势。最后通过体制机制、企业文化、人力资源、技术创新四方面全面为企业的竞争战略能够得到有效开展和落地提供保障。 通过以上分析研究将KX公司竞争战略进行梳理总结,为企业提供争优势理论支撑。KX公司自身的企业属性在保险经纪行业中具有一定的代表性和示范性,本文的研究既为KX公司下一步的发展规划指出方向,同时也对其他具有相似背景属性的公司有一定借鉴意义,共同为我国保险经纪行业发展做出努力。 关键词:保险经纪人 差异化 竞争战略 价值链  
英文摘要:Abstract As an important part of the insurance industry, insurance brokers play a key role in the insurance development process. Insurance brokers have a history of more than 100 years in the developed foreign insurance market, but the first batch of insurance brokers were registered in China since 2000. China's overall insurance brokerage industry started late and is still in the primary stage of development, and there is still much room for improvement from the average development level of the world's insurance brokerage industry. This thesis takes KX Company as a case study. As a shareholder based insurance brokerage company with a state-owned enterprise background, KX Company is currently one of the largest and most comprehensive insurance brokerage companies in China. However, due to the limitations of shareholder resources, more of the company's future business growth will come from market customers, and it is particularly important to find a suitable competitive strategy for the company. By analyzing the internal and external environment of KX company and combining it with its current situation and development history, the suitable competitive strategy for KX company at present is differentiation. After determining the specific competitive strategy, it is necessary to analyze the different factors that make up the enterprise value chain and reconstruct a new value system for these value activities, in order to determine the enterprise's own competitive advantage. Finally, comprehensive guarantees are provided through institutional mechanisms, corporate culture, human resources, and technological innovation to ensure the effective implementation and execution of the company's competitive strategy. Through the above analysis and research, KX Company's competitive strategy will be summarized and organized, providing theoretical support for the company's competitive advantage. The enterprise attributes of KX Company itself have certain representativeness and demonstration in the insurance brokerage industry. This study not only points out the direction for KX Company's next development plan, but also has certain reference significance for other companies with similar background attributes, making joint efforts for the development of China's insurance brokerage industry.
