中文摘要: | 高端装备制造业是国家战略性新兴产业之一,发展高端装备制造业是我国制造业参与国际竞争的迫切需求。LMS 公司是一家主要面向国内,兼顾全球市场的民营科技型制造业企业,专注于激光加工设备制造业务,被评为“高新技术企业”、“专精特新”企业。公司成立十年来一直保持快速增长,目前因国内相关行业由增量市场向存量市场转变以及中美贸易战、生产成本上升等因素,公司产品的制造成本不断增加,低价格销售不再具有持续的竞争优势。同时 LMS公司激光加工设备制造业务面临业内低价竞争的冲击,利润空间逐渐变小。面向下一个十年,LMS 公司如何制定自身激光加工设备业务的竞争战略,在国内、国际市场竞争中站稳脚跟,保持优势,引领未来的发展,已成为公司必须要面对的重要课题。 围绕上述问题,本文以战略管理、竞争战略等相关文献为理论基础,将 LMS公激光加工设备制造业务竞争战略作为特定对象,在战略管理理论框架中展开分析研究。本文着力发现问题,对问题进行分析,提出解决方案,建立实施保障,综合运用文献研究、调查研究等方法进行研究。首先梳理了相关战略管理理论和分析工具;接着应用 PEST、波特五力等分析方法分析了 LMS 公司激光加工设备业务战略环境,应用 SWOT 分析法分析 LMS 公司的优势、劣势和机遇、威胁,应用 IFE、EFE、QSPM 矩阵分析得出 LMS 公司激光加工设备业务竞争战略为差异化战略,随后提出了差异化竞争战略的架构,分析寻找差异化竞争战略下企业价值链、竞争能力存在的不足以及组织架构存在的问题,提出有针对性的优化策略,细化差异化战略的实施保障。 本文对 LMS 公司明确激光加工设备业务下一阶段竞争战略,提升公司市场竞争能力,促进公司发展具有指导意义,对行业内其他企业制定发展战略举措具有借鉴和参考价值,对推动我国现阶段制造业高质量发展具有重要现实意义。 | |
英文摘要: | The high-end equipment manufacturing industry is one of the national strategic emerging industries, and the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry is an urgent need for China's manufacturing industry to participate in international competition. LMS Company is a private technology-based manufacturing enterprise mainly targeting the domestic market while also considering the global market. It focuses on the manufacturing of laser processing equipment and has been rated as a "high-tech enterprise" and a "specialized, refined, and innovative" enterprise. Since its establishment ten years ago, the company has maintained rapid growth. Currently, due to factors such as the shift of domestic related industries from incremental markets to stock markets, as well as the China US trade war and rising production costs, the manufacturing cost of the company's products continues to increase, and low-priced sales no longer have a sustained competitive advantage. At the same time, LMS company's laser processing equipment manufacturing business is facing the impact of low price competition in the industry, and the profit margin is gradually shrinking. Facing the next decade, how LMS company formulates its own competitive strategy for laser processing equipment business, stands firm in domestic and international market competition, maintains advantages, and leads future development has become an important issue that the company must face. Based on relevant literature such as strategic management and competitive strategy, this thesis takes the competitive strategy of LMS company's laser processing equipment manufacturing business as a specific object and conducts analysis and research within the framework of strategic management theory. This thesis focuses on identifying problems, analyzing them, proposing solutions, establishing implementation guarantees, and comprehensively using methods such as literature research and survey research for research. Firstly, relevant strategic management theories and analytical tools were sorted out; Then, PEST and Porter's Five Forces analysis methods were applied to analyze the business strategic environment of LMS company's laser processing equipment. SWOT analysis method was used to analyze LMS company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. IFE, EFE, and QSPM matrix analysis were used to determine that LMS company's laser processing equipment business competitive strategy is a differentiation strategy. Subsequently, the architecture of differentiation competitive strategy was proposed, and the deficiencies in the enterprise value chain, competitive ability, and organizational structure under differentiation competitive strategy were analyzed. Targeted optimization strategies were proposed to refine the implementation guarantee of differentiation strategy. This thesis has guiding significance for LMS Company to clarify its competitive strategy for the next stage of laser processing equipment business, enhance its market competitiveness, and promote its development. It has reference value for other enterprises in the industry to formulate development strategies and measures, and has important practical significance for promoting the high-quality development of China's manufacturing industry at the current stage. | |
