中文摘要: 随着数据化、智能化的发展,传感器的市场发展不断扩大,竞争也愈发激烈。新产品的上市速度、交付能力在市场竞争中扮演着重要角色。传感器新产品的研发有较高的技术要求,因此新产品开发往往更关注性能和功能的稳定,却忽略了其它方面,常常出现新产品的交付问题、新产品物料库存呆滞及供应链成本问题。由此可见,新技术和新产品日益成为传感器企业长期发展的原动力,也使得供应链管理变得复杂和不确定。而当前各企业对传感器产品供应链管理的关注更多集中在量产后的交付及成本优化等,往往却忽略了新产品阶段的供应链管理。 本文以传感器制造业T企业为研究对象,从传感器产业特点出发,阐述了新产品开发及供应链管理的定义与工具,回顾了供应链管理相关的理论与方法,分析了当前T企业传感器新产品的典型物料类型。针对T企业新产品存在的订单交付周期很长且按期交付率低、新产品开发导致的物料库存问题、新产品供应链成本问题进行了深入的原因分析,如开发链与供应链脱节,导致新产品缺乏物料通用性及物料交期的关注, 如研发技术与制造工艺的衔接不畅,BOM设定导致的物料库存呆滞,新产品缺乏需求预测,缺乏有效的信息共享机制等。本文提出相应的优化策略:首先是基于供应链管理的新产品开发流程优化策略,针对新产品物料引入相关的零部件管理流程,建立新产品的需求预测机制,推行信息系统一体化来降低牛鞭效应的影响,从而提升新产品的交付率,降低库存风险,优化新产品供应链成本;其次是基于制造能力的新产品开发流程优化策略,设计阶段增加工艺及品质管控评审关口,试生产阶段增加制造能力评审关口;最后为新产品相关职能构建统一的供应链管理目标策略,打破职能间的壁垒,从而提升新产品整体的供应链管理水平。 本文的优化策略将会给T企业传感器新产品的研发与交付带来有效的助力和保障,提升公司的整体竞争力,同时也为类似企业新产品的供应链管理优化提供了一定的参考借鉴。  
英文摘要: With the development of data and intelligence, the market development of sensors is expanding and the competition is becoming more and more intense. The speed to market of new products, delivery capacity plays an important role in the market competition. New sensor product development has high technical requirements, so new product development is often more concerned about the stability of the performance and functionality, but ignored other aspects. The result often leads to delivery problems after receiving orders, new product material inventory stagnation and supply chain cost issues. It can be seen that new technologies and new products are increasingly becoming to the driving force of the long-term development of the sensor business, but also makes the supply chain management has become complex and uncertain. The current attention of enterprises to the sensor product supply chain management is more concentrated in the delivery and cost optimization after the mass production phase, often ignoring the new product phase of supply chain management coordination. This thesis takes the sensor manufacturing enterprise T as the research object, starts from the characteristics of the sensor industry, explains the definition and tools of new product development and supply chain management. It reviews the theory related to supply chain management, analyzes the typical material types of the new sensor products of T enterprise. And the thesis analyzes in-depth the reasons for the long order delivery lead time and low on time delivery rate of the new products in enterprise T, the material inventory problem caused by the development of the new products and the supply chain cost problem of the new products. Furthermore, in-depth analysis of the reasons for the supply chain cost of new products, such as the development chain and supply chain disconnect, resulting in a lack of material commonality and material delivery issue of new products. R & D technology and manufacturing process interface is not smooth. Material inventory stagnation caused by BOM setup issue, the lack of demand forecasting and effective information sharing mechanisms problem. The thesis points out the corresponding optimization scheme. First one is new product development process optimization strategy based on supply chain management. It includes introduction of new product materials related parts management process, the establishment of new product demand forecasting mechanism, and the implementation of information system integration. So that the T enterprise could reduce the impact of the bullwhip effect, improve the delivery rate of new products, reduce inventory risk and optimize the supply chain cost of new products. Second one is new product development process optimization strategy based on the manufacturing capacity. Adding process and quality control reviews at the design stage and manufacturing capability reviews at the pilot production stage. The last but not the least is to build a unified supply chain management target strategy for new product related functions. It can break the barriers between functions and improve the overall supply chain management level of new products. The optimization strategy in this thesis will bring effective assistance and guarantee to the R&D and delivery of new products for T enterprise, enhance the overall competitiveness of the enterprise, and also provide certain reference for the optimization of supply chain management of new products in similar enterprises.
