中文摘要: 近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展、政府的支持扶持以及税收减免等措施,中国的中小型企业快速发展壮大,成为我国数量最大、最具活力的企业群体。当前宏观经济形势有一定变化、行业竞争加剧,及劳动力成本上升、原材料及物流成本上升、国际贸易环境改变、市场需求下滑的背景下,许多企业处于成长初期,风险管理意识不强,相应的风险管控制度、体系也不健全,容易出现经营管理不善、现金管理不善、成本控制不善等问题,为企业带来财务风险。   因此,在企业构建和实施高效实用的财务管理战略,以及建立科学的财务风险控制机制已经成为现代企业研究的重要课题。企业财务风险管理是一个值得研究的课题,早在19世纪国外就已出现了早期的风险管理意识的萌芽,开始以风险管理思想指导企业进行经营管理。本文的研究对象为规模较小的汽车服务类公司C公司,首先分析研究了C公司目前财务风险管理情况,包括公司组织架构情况、公司财务风险识别、评价及控制情况。随后,分析了C公司出现目前的风险管理问题的原因。本文旨在对C公司现有财务风险管理系统进行分析、完善、改善,建立起更为科学高效的风险管理机制,以能够更加完善地识别和控制风险,能够更准确及时地评价风险严重程度。并且完善公司的风险评价预警机制,更好地发挥风险预警的作用,及时预知并控制风险。   本文经研究发现,C公司当前的风险管理活动中存在多方面问题,主要包括:公司上下各层级整体存在风险管理意识不足的问题,识别和评估体系不够科学完善,对出现的财务风险问题没有及时地采取应对措施、或者措施无法及时改善风险点等。造成公司现有的风险管理问题的主要原因经分析认为有:公司管理层对风险管理理念欠缺,风险管理的问题没有得到管理层足够的重视;公司内部对于风控的机制建设不健全,风险管理相关的体系不健全;公司现状没有采取科学的风险管理预警方法等。本文立足于C公司目前的财务风险管理问题,进行了一系列研究和分析,提出了一些改进意见。在公司的正常有序经营运营中,应当树立起更加正确的风险管理观念,构建起来更加完整的风险管理体系,采用科学的风险预警模型。公司还应不断优化应对措施,例如在当前的经济大环境下,可以及时依据市场下行风险及时进行自我调整,如进行融资结构的优化、加强公司在投资方面的管理;完善对资金和现金流的管理。同时,也应该建立起财务危机应急预案,防止出现影响财务风险的特殊状况。以这些手段帮助公司更科学地进行财务风险管理,有效防范风险,为公司正常运营提供保障。 
英文摘要:  In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, government support and tax exemption and other measures, China's small and medium-sized enterprises have grown rapidly and become the largest and most dynamic enterprise group in China. Under the background of certain changes in the current macroeconomic situation, intensified competition in the industry, rising labor costs, rising raw material and logistics costs, changes in the international trade environment, and declining market demand, many enterprises are in the early stage of growth, and the awareness of risk management is not strong, and the corresponding risk control system and system are not sound, which is prone to problems such as poor management, poor cash management, and poor cost control, which brings financial risks to enterprises.   Therefore, the construction and implementation of efficient and practical financial management strategies and the establishment of scientific financial risk control mechanisms in enterprises have become important topics in modern enterprise research. Enterprise financial risk management is a subject worthy of study, as early as the 19th century, there was an early germ of risk management awareness in foreign countries, and the idea of risk management began to guide the operation and management of enterprises. This paper analyzes the current financial risk management of Company C, including the organizational structure of the company, and the identification, evaluation and control of the company's financial risks. Subsequently, the reasons for the current risk management problems of Company C were analyzed. The purpose of this paper is to establish a scientific financial risk identification and control system for Company C, improve the company's identification of risks, and enable the company to identify risks more accurately and timely. In addition, we will improve the company's risk assessment and early warning mechanism, better play the role of risk early warning, and predict and control risks in a timely manner.   This paper finds that there are many problems in the current risk management activities of Company C, mainly including: insufficient risk management awareness of the company as a whole, imperfect and unscientific system for timely identification and evaluation of risks, and imperfect response measures to the discovered financial risk problems. The analysis of the main reasons for the company's risk management problems is that the company does not pay attention to the lack of risk management concept, the company's internal risk control mechanism construction is not sound, and the risk management related system is not sound. This paper studies and analyzes the current financial risk management problems of Company C, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. In the company's operation, the company should establish a more correct risk management concept, build a more complete risk management system, and build a risk early warning model. The company should also continuously optimize the response to risks, for example, in the current economic environment, it can optimize the financing structure, strengthen the management of investment, improve the company's capital management, and at the same time, should also establish a financial crisis emergency plan to prevent the emergence of special situations that affect financial risks. These means help the company to carry out financial risk management more scientifically, effectively prevent risks, and provide guarantee for the normal operation of the company.
