英文摘要:Abstract Currently, medical imaging technology is undergoing rapid development, with photoacoustic imaging technology emerging as a novel medical imaging technology that demonstrates immense market potential and application prospects. However, the further promotion of this technology confronts technical breakthrough challenges and fierce market competition. LY Company, as the transformative unit of research achievements from the Biomedical Photonics Laboratory of Tsinghua University, specializes in translating photoacoustic imaging technology into practical medical solutions. Although the company's technological level has reached a world-leading position, its products have underperformed in the market. LY faces numerous issues in internal operational efficiency and market promotion efforts, leading to significant financial pressures and a strong reliance on external financing. These problems severely hinder the company's sustainable development capabilities and pose serious challenges to its market competitiveness. Consequently, LY urgently needs to address its current predicaments through in-depth business model optimization. In terms of research methodology, this paper employs tools such as the Business Model Canvas, PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces Model, and SWOT analysis to conduct an in-depth analysis of LY's internal and external environments. The analysis reveals that the company has room for optimization in customer segmentation, channel strategy, execution efficiency of key business operations, construction of partner networks, and rationalization of cost structures. In response to these issues, this article proposes a series of optimization measures, specifically including deepening market segmentation, expanding promotion channels, optimizing customer service processes, strengthening technology research and development, and enhancing financial management. These strategies are aimed at improving LY Company's market performance and internal efficiency to enhance its profitability, thereby assisting the company in achieving long-term and stable development. The research concludes that as a technology-driven startup, LY Company, through continuous technological innovation, strengthened market strategies, and improved financial management, has the potential to enhance its competitiveness in the fiercely competitive market and achieve long-term and stable growth. Finally, the paper acknowledges the limitations of the study and suggests future research directions, including expanding data sources, considering technological trends and alternative technologies, and exploring the influence of corporate culture factors, to provide a more comprehensive analysis of business models.
