| 中文摘要: | 从VUCA时代到BANI时代,当今世界一直处于一个快速变化的过程中,尤其是在后疫情时代的今天,全球经济受到的冲击还没有结束,全球贸易格局也在各国的竞争与合作中逐步重构,全球经济发展的底层逻辑由全球化向区域化转变,中国企业面临的经营环境也发生的重大变化,中国经济增长的动能开始由外向内切换,在此情况下,如何快速敏捷地适应变化,保持企业的竞争能力,是一个企业能否跟上时代步伐的必要条件。 本文的研究对像是一家处于衰退期的企业A公司,公司具有几十年的发展历史,历经国有企业、民营企业、中外合资企业、外商独资企业各种企业形态后,在各种内外部因素的合力下,走到了企业发展的衰退期,其市场份额逐年下降,持续亏损,在此背景下,如何让企业焕发生机,走上健康发展的道路,是公司面临的首要任务。本论文选取从组织能力的角度出发,以杨三角理论模型为框架,研究了公司如何在严峻的情境下,通过对公司组织能力的诊断,并实施组织能力的各种优化策略来提升公司的组织能力,最终实现业绩扭转的过程。在当前大经济大环境下,各企业都面临着不同的经营压力,如何能在当前的环境下,让企业更好的发展,是各企业都关心的问题,所以对A公司的案例研究有一定的必要性。 研究方法以理论结合案例的方式展开,理论方面以杨三角理论为基础,辅以领导变革理论。在研究公司如何提升和优化组织能力的过程中,以杨三角理论为框架,从员工能力、员工思维、员工治理三个方面着手研究,对于涉及变革管理的策略,从领导变革理论的角度进行梳理,从而全面地呈现了A公司如何有效进行组织能力优化提升的过程。 本文通过对A公司组织能力优化策略的研究,实证了杨三角理论模型的实战性、有效性和落地性,希望对处于相似情境的企业和组织在优化和提升组织能力方面提供一定的借鉴,能够基于组织的实际情况进行诊断并设计和实施组织能力的优化和提升策略,找到属于自己的组织能力进化之路。 | |
| 英文摘要: | From the VUCA era to the BANI era, today's world has been in a process of rapid change, especially in the post epidemic era, the shock to the global economy has not ended, the global trade pattern has been gradually reconstructed in the competition and cooperation among countries, and the underlying logic of global economic development has been transformed from globalization to regionalization, the business environment faced by Chinese enterprises has also undergone a significant change, the kinetic energy of growth has begun to switch from outside to inside, under this circumstance, how to adapt to the changes quickly and agilely and maintain the competitiveness of an enterprise is a necessary condition for whether an enterprise can keep pace with the times. The research object of this article is company A, a company in the decline period of its enterprise development, the company has decades of development history, through the state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, Sino-foreign joint ventures, wholly foreign-owned enterprises after a variety of business forms, in a variety of internal and external factors under the combination of forces, came to the decline period of enterprise development, its market share declined year by year, sustained losses, In this context, how to revitalize the company and put it on the road of healthy development is the primary task facing the company. This article selects from the perspective of organizational capability and takes Yang Triangle theoretical model as a framework to study how the company can improve its organizational capability and finally realize the process of performance reversal through diagnosis of the company's organizational capability and implementation of various optimization strategies of the organizational capability under the severe situation. Under the current general economic environment, all enterprises are facing different business pressures, how to make better development in the current environment is the concern of all enterprises, so there is a certain necessity for the case study of company A. The research method is carried out by combining theory with case study, and the theory is based on Yang Triangle Theory, supplemented by Leading Change Theory. In the process of studying how the company enhances and optimizes its organizational capabilities, the Yang Triangle Theory is used as a framework to start the study from the three aspects of employee competence, employee thinking, and employee governance, and for the strategies involving change management, they are sorted out from the perspective of the leading change theory, so as to comprehensively present the process of how Company A effectively carries out the optimization and enhancement of its organizational capabilities. This research empirically demonstrates the practicality, effectiveness, and feasibility of the Yang Triangle theory model through the study of the organizational capability optimization strategy of Company A. It is hoped that this model can provide some reference for enterprises and organizations in similar situations to optimize and enhance organizational capabilities. Based on the actual situation of the organization, it can diagnose and design and implement optimization and enhancement strategies for organizational capabilities, and find its own path of organizational capability evolution. | |
