中文摘要:本研究针对我国消防报警行业的龙头企业H公司的新产品开发的质量问题 进行了深入的研究和分析。H公司自1993年成立以来,推出了一系列创新产品, 为我国消防报警行业的发展做出了突出的贡献。但近些年H公司在新产品开发 过程中也面临了一系列的质量挑战。本研究选取了H公司的光电感烟探测器新 产品作为研究对象,通过文献归纳、访谈和案例分析等研究手段,对H公司在 产品开发流程中与质量相关的关键环节进行了详尽的分析,研究了质量管理中 存在的问题,据此提出了具有针对性的改进策略和实施保障措施。 通过研究发现,H公司在新产品开发的需求管理、概要设计、可靠性设计等 关键环节存在诸多不足。针对这些问题,本研究进行了深入分析并提出了相应的 改进策略。在需求管理方面,优化了需求定义和需求变更管理的流程,并应用质 量功能展开(QFD)方法进行需求分析,同时引入了JIRA RTM管理系统对需求和 相应的测试进行了有效管理和跟踪,提升了需求满足率和测试覆盖率;在概要设 计方面,引入了普氏矩阵(Pugh Matrix)方法,使概要设计方案选型更科学合 理,引入了设计失效模式和影响分析(DFMEA)方法,对潜在的质量风险进行了 有效评估并及时采取干预措施,有效降低了质量风险;在可靠性设计方面,优化 了可靠性设计管理流程,并针对项目中常见的容差设计问题,引入了蒙特卡洛仿 真工具进行容差分析,提升了设计的可靠性。这些策略在H公司2023年开始的 Yoda 项目中进行了应用,通过与历史项目质量结果的比较分析,证实了这些策 略的有效性,显著提升了新产品开发的质量水平。 本研究还从组织协调、制度保障和文化建设等多个层面,提出了全方位的保 障体系方案。通过采纳并实施本研究所提出的策略与措施,H公司能够显著提高 其新产品开发的质量管理水平,从而在市场竞争中占据有利地位。此外,本研究 的理论与实践研究不仅为H公司提供了切实可行的质量管理改进方案,同时也 为同行业的其他企业提升新产品开发的质量管理水平提供了一定的可借鉴性和 参考性。 
英文摘要:This thesis conducts an in-depth research and analysis on the quality issues of the new product development of H Company, the leading enterprise in China's fire alarm industry. Since its establishment in 1993, H Company has launched a series of innovative products, making remarkable contributions to the development of China's fire alarm industry. However, in recent years, H Company has also faced a series of quality challenges in the process of new product development. This thesis selects H Company's new photoelectric smoke detector as the research subject and conducts a detailed analysis of the key quality-related links in H Company's product development process through literature review, interviews, and case analysis. It investigates the existing problems in quality management and proposes targeted improvement strategies and implementation safeguard measures accordingly. The research reveals that H Company has many deficiencies in critical stages of new product development such as demand management, preliminary design, and reliability design. In response to these issues, the thesis conducts in-depth analysis and proposes corresponding improvement strategies. In terms of demand management, the process of demand definition and change management has been optimized, and the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method has been applied for demand analysis. Additionally, the JIRA RTM management system has been introduced to effectively manage and track requirements and corresponding tests, improving the requirement satisfaction rate and test coverage. For preliminary design, the Pugh Matrix method has been introduced to make the preliminary design option selection more scientific and reasonable, and the Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) method has been used to effectively assess potential quality risks and take timely intervention measures, effectively reducing quality risks. In reliability design, the reliability design management process has been optimized, and the Monte Carlo simulation tool has been introduced for tolerance analysis to address common tolerance design issues in projects, enhancing design reliability. These strategies have been applied in H Company's Yoda project starting in 2023. By comparing the quality outcomes with historical projects, the effectiveness of these strategies has been confirmed, significantly improving the quality level of new product development. The thesis also proposes an all-around safeguard method from multiple dimensions including organizational coordination, institutional assurance, and cultural construction. By adopting and implementing the strategies and measures proposed in this thesis, H Company can significantly improve the quality management level of its new product development, thus gaining a competitive edge in the market. Moreover, the theoretical and practical research of this thesis not only provides H Company with practical quality management improvement plans but also offers certain referential value and insights for other enterprises in the same industry to enhance the quality management level of their new product development.
