| 中文摘要: | 摘 要 近年来从中央到地方政府都聚焦中小制造业企业数字化转型,并制定一系列的鼓励扶持政策。为了提高智能制造业水平,国家相继制定了数字中国、扩大内需战略规划等国家战略,鼓励制造业探索共享制造的商业模式和适用场景,围绕推动制造业高质量发展建设制造强国,推动人工智能、云计算广泛应用,促进“云、网、端”要素相互融合和智能配置,加大制造业中小企业数字化转型力度。电梯制造企业响应号召通过数字赋能内部价值链和外部供应链各个环节,实现提质增效,增强市场竞争力。H公司需要面对市场需求缩量下行、订单个性化定制和快捷交付需求的挑战,亟需通过内外部业务流程优化,将数字化技术嵌入到制造运营各个环节,实现全业务流程快捷畅通高效协同,从而提高整个产业集群的运营效率。 H公司依托自身信息化建设发展规划,构建了支撑生产经营的信息系统和相对完善的业务流程。但是业务流程数字化进程不够,存在一定的信息孤岛和数据隔离现象。在数字化转型的背景下,基于数字化的业务流程优化来提升敏捷交付能力迫在眉睫,以短交期竞争战略应对客户快捷交付需求。 本文首先采用价值链理论分析,明确作为数字化业务流程提升短交期服务能力是竞争战略首要目标;其次运用流程优化理论,梳理优化内外部业务流程,找出基础流程的关键节点进行数字化优化;再次利用复杂适应系统理论,确立规则实现主体间自主适应和主体内部自我调节相互作用,实现产业集群全流程系统管理优化。最后利用数字化技术优化供应链管理协作,实现信息、业务和资源的协同,达成“竞争-合作-协同”的管理提升,逐步实现从产品设计、采购、生产到交付服务的核心价值链高效协同。研究中发现数字赋能业务流程优化工作是一项系统性全局性的工程,既要考虑核心竞争力,又要评估现有资源能力,这也是实现供应链系统快速响应和降本增效前提。建议在未来的数字赋能业务流程优化,要从供应链内外部着手,做好数字化战略规划,进行数字化业务整合全域智联,搭建统一的数据交互平台,并从组织、制度、技术和资金方面提供保障措施,确保H公司业务流程数字化提升策略的顺利实施。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract In recent years, from the central government to the local government, policies have focused on the pain points of the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry of small and medium-sized enterprises and formulated a series of promotion measures and policy guidance. In order to improve the level of intelligent manufacturing industry, the state has successively formulated national strategies such as digital China and strategic planning for expanding domestic demand, encouraged manufacturing industry to explore the business model and applicable scenarios of shared manufacturing, built a manufacturing power around promoting the high-quality development of manufacturing industry, promoted the wide application of artificial intelligence and cloud computing, promoted the integration and intelligent configuration of ' cloud, network and end ' elements, and increased the digital empowerment of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. Elevator manufacturing enterprises should realize quality and efficiency improvement and enhance market competitiveness through digitally empowering all aspects of internal value chain and external supply chain production business. On the one hand, it needs to face the challenges of shrinking product demand, fierce competition in order market, personalized customization of market demand and fast delivery requirements of customers. Elevator enterprises need to improve the level of digital empowerment through internal and external system management optimization and embed digital technology into all aspects of manufacturing operation business process, so as to realize the fast, smooth and efficient coordination of the whole business process, so as to improve the operation efficiency of the whole industrial cluster. Relying on its own information construction and development plan, H company has built an information system supporting production and operation and a relatively perfect business process. However, the digitization process of business processes is not enough, and there are certain information islands and data isolation phenomena, which restricts the further high-quality development of H company. In the context of digital transformation, it is urgent to improve agile delivery capabilities based on digital business process optimization, and to respond to customers ' quick delivery needs with a short-term competitive strategy. Firstly, this paper uses the value chain theory analysis, clear as a digital business process to enhance the short delivery competition strategy is the primary goal of competitive strategy ; secondly, the process optimization theory is used to sort out and optimize the internal and external business processes, find out the key nodes of the key processes for digital advancement ; thirdly, using the complex adaptive system theory, the rules are established to realize the self-adaptation between the subjects and the self-regulation interaction within the subjects, so as to realize the management optimization of the whole process system of the industrial cluster. Finally, we use digital technology to optimize supply chain management collaboration, realize the collaboration of information, business and resources, achieve the management improvement of ' competition-cooperation-collaboration', and gradually realize the efficient collaboration of the core value chain from product design, procurement, production and delivery services.
