中文摘要：	摘要 电网工程项目的建设质量关系到电力供应的安全可靠性，对于工程设计企业有较高的质量目标要求。A公司是本地区电网工程项目设计领域的龙头企业，如何持续满足顾客的质量要求，在电网工程设计市场中始终保持品牌优势，是A公司电网工程项目设计质量管理所要解决的难题。 本文依据项目设计质量管理，德尔菲法，过程分析法及网络组织的相关理论，针对A公司电网工程项目设计质量管理的现状及存在问题，进行整理分析，初步确定项目设计质量管理改进的方向和路径。改进主要涉及组织管理、资源管理、设计过程管理和知识管理四个方面。组织管理提出了采用网络组织模式开展设计管理模式，提高了适应环境变化的能力。资源管理主要是对于技术人员管理方面的改进，制定了专业技术通道岗位序列及晋升规则，提高了专业技术人员争创优质工程的原动力。设计过程管理通过设计生产平台设计过程逻辑关系的改进，提高了过程管控能力。知识管理方面构建了A公司知识框架，制定了知识管理流程。为了确保改进方案的有效实施，本文还从发挥最高管理者的作用、加强数字化设计管理平台建设的助力作用和激励全员参与质量管理改进等方面提出了具体的实施保障。 科学的设计质量管理能够使公司设计产品质量保持较为稳定的水平，追求持续实现质量目标的设计企业应致力于设计质量管理的持续改进。本文对于A公司提高电网工程项目的设计质量管理水平，满足日益严峻的外部环境要求有一定的参考作用。
英文摘要：	Abstract The construction quality of power grid engineering projects is related to the safety and reliability of power supply, and proposes high quality requirements for engineering design enterprises. A company is a leading enterprise in the field of power grid engineering project design in the local area. How to continuously meet customer quality requirements and maintain brand advantages in the power grid engineering design market is a difficult problem that A company needs to solve in the quality management of power grid engineering project design. Based on project design quality management, Delphi method, process analysis method, and relevant theories of network organization, this thesis summarizes and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of A company's power grid engineering project design quality management, and preliminarily determines the direction and path for improving project design quality management. Improvement mainly involves four aspects: organizational management, resource management, design process management, and knowledge management.Organizational management has proposed adopting a network organizational model to carry out design management, which has improved the ability to adapt to environmental changes. Resource management mainly focuses on improving the management of technical personnel, establishing job sequences and promotion rules for professional technical channels, and enhancing the driving force for professional technical personnel to strive for high-quality projects. The design process management has improved the process control capability by improving the logical relationship of the design process on the design production platform. In terms of knowledge management, A company has established a knowledge framework and developed a knowledge management process. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the improvement plan, this thesis also proposes specific implementation guarantees from the aspects of leveraging the role of top management, strengthening the assistance role of digital design management platform construction, and motivating all employees to participate in quality management improvement. Scientific design quality management can maintain a relatively stable level of product quality in a company's design. Design enterprises that pursue continuous achievement of quality goals should be committed to the continuous improvement of design quality management. This thesis has certain reference value for A company to improve the design quality management level of power grid engineering projects and meet the increasingly severe external environmental requirements.
