中文摘要:数字全球化彻底颠覆了传统关系网络中时空距离的概念,塑造了即时性、广泛性、开放性与直接性的新商业关系网络,这一新全球商业环境给存在资源劣势的中国国际新创企业在国际市场进行快速扩张提供了新动能。与此同时,全球商业正处于技术变革和世界经济结构体系重塑的时间交汇窗口,“数字中国”、“创新驱动发展”、“中国制造2025”等发展政策,推动着新生力量在全球市场的崛起。然而,数字全球化所塑造的开放创新环境加速了新产品或服务的开发周期,推动着市场需求的快速迭代,这导致企业所拥有的知识资源有效应用周期在急剧缩减。此外,数字全球化背景下全球客户效应、交易成本效应的存在也促使中国国际新创企业的国际化拓展呈现出多元、分散的特性,这对企业的知识应用灵活性提出了新的要求。事实上,具有数字化思维的中国国际新创企业善于利用数字技术提升自身知识资源网络的构建能力,并充分利用开放性、广泛性的全球商业网络,进一步通过适应性学习获取、整合与转移这些可用的关键性知识资源,以匹配异质性市场机会特征。因此,在数字全球化所形成的机遇与挑战的矛盾冲突下,中国国际新创企业如何升级学习能力以利用好全球商业关系网络中的知识资源并进行创新转化,成为解构中国国际新创企业在国际市场实现快速扩张以及可持续创新的关键线索。 针对跨国企业知识资源获取策略、学习行动的结构与关键要素,以及创新转化影响因素的相关研究,为理解数字全球化背景下中国国际新创企业国际化拓展实践提供了有益的理论洞见。然而,中国国际新创企业在数字全球化背景下呈现出的异质性路径亟需进一步的探讨。一方面,关于知识资源获取策略的现有研究是限定跨国企业在局部或特定国际市场范围内,一定程度上忽视了资源获取效率与范围的关键问题。而数字全球化背景下中国国际新创企业是在全球市场范围内的业务扩张,既有研究难以充分解释这些企业的知识资源获取行动;另一方面,这些企业的国际市场拓展呈现多元化、分散性特性,且其所面临的市场机会变化迅速,不同市场需求或市场机会之间的异质性促使它们需要通过适应性学习来提升知识资源应用的灵活性以实现持续性创新转化。但在数字全球化背景下中国国际新创企业如何构建知识资源网络,以及如何通过适应性学习利用关系网络中的知识资源并作用于国际化创新绩效的“黑箱”仍未得到有益的解释。 基于此,本文针对数字全球化背景下中国国际新创企业学习行动模式的独特性,构建并检验“数字连接—适应性学习—国际化创新绩效”的理论框架,揭示了这些企业在国际市场拓展过程中知识资源创新转化的机制,主要得出以下结论:(1)数字连接是中国国际新创企业构建效率性与广泛性知识资源网络的重要策略,为提升创新绩效提供了关键性知识资源,数字连接广度和数字连接深度对于国际化创新不同维度的作用具有差异性;(2)适应性学习是中国国际新创企业应对多元化国际市场拓展、市场机会快速变化等挑战的必要行动策略,基于过程视角,将其划分为均衡性搜寻、进化式迭代与灵活性扩散三个维度,在数字连接与国际化创新绩效之间起着重要的中介作用;(3)国际化节奏是中国国际新创企业国际化战略选择的内生性情境因素,在数字连接与适应性学习之间具有重要的调节效应且呈现出较大的差异性;(4)制度距离是中国国际新创企业国际市场拓展不可忽视的外生性情境因素,在适应性学习与国际化创新绩效之间具有重要的调节效应且呈现出较大的差异性。 本文的理论贡献主要体现在以下四个方面:(1)基于中国国际新创企业国际化扩张的独特性所开展的数字连接广度和数字连接深度研究,提炼了中国国际新创企业知识资源网络的构建策略与模式,能够解释这些企业适应性学习构建的前置因素,贡献于数字全球化背景下数字连接理论合理性考量不足造成的理论缺口;(2)基于过程观视角,提炼了适应性学习在均衡性搜寻、进化式迭代与灵活性扩散三方面的内容表现,推动了“组织适应性”与“知识基础观动态能力”理论的结合与深化;(3)对于数字连接与适应性学习交互视角下中国国际新创企业国际化持续性创新机制的研究,补充了现有文献对于数字全球化背景下中国国际新创企业创新绩效提升路径与长期创新绩效衡量指标的研究缺口,为后续研究提供整合性的理论分析框架;(4)对于国际化节奏和制度距离情境因素的研究,推进了不同情境对于数字连接、适应性学习与国际化创新绩效之间作用关系的权变效应研究,补充了现有研究对中国国际新创企业国际市场拓展情境考虑不足所造成的理论偏视。  
英文摘要:Digital globalization has completely overturned the concept of temporal and spatial distance in traditional relational networks, shaping new business network relationships that are instantaneous, extensive, open, and direct. This new global business environment provides new momentum for Chinese international startups with resource disadvantages to rapidly expand in the international market. At the same time, global business is at the intersection of technological changes and the reshaping of the world economic structure. Development policies such as "Digital China," "Innovation Driven Development," and "Made in China 2025" are driving the rise of new forces in the global market. However, the open innovation environment shaped by digital globalization has accelerated the development cycle of new products or services, driving rapid iteration of market demand, which has led to a sharp reduction in the effective application cycle of knowledge resources owned by enterprises. In addition, the existence of global customer effects and transaction cost effects in the context of digital globalization has also led to the diversified and decentralized international expansion of Chinese international startups, which puts forward new requirements for the flexibility of knowledge application of enterprises. In fact, Chinese international startups with digital thinking are adept at utilizing digital technology to enhance their ability to construct knowledge resource networks, and fully utilize the open and extensive global business network to further acquire, integrate, and transfer these available key knowledge resources through adaptive learning, in order to match the characteristics of heterogeneous market opportunities. Therefore, in the face of the conflicting opportunities and challenges posed by digital globalization, how Chinese international startups can upgrade their learning capabilities to make good use of knowledge resources in the global business relationship network and carry out innovative transformation has become a key clue to deconstructing the rapid expansion and sustainable innovation of Chinese international startups in the international market. The relevant research on the strategies for acquiring knowledge resources, the structure and key elements of learning actions, and the influencing factors of innovation transformation in multinational enterprises provides useful theoretical insights for understanding the international expansion practices of Chinese international startups under the background of digital globalization. However, the heterogeneous paths presented by Chinese international startups in the context of digital globalization urgently need further exploration. On the one hand, existing research on knowledge resource acquisition strategies is limited to multinational corporations within a local or specific international market scope, which to some extent overlooks the key issues of resource acquisition efficiency and scope. Under the background of digital globalization, Chinese international startups are expanding their business in the global market, and existing research is difficult to fully explain their knowledge resource acquisition actions; On the other hand, the international market expansion of these enterprises presents diversified and decentralized characteristics, and the market opportunities they face change rapidly. The heterogeneity between different market demands or opportunities requires them to enhance the flexibility of knowledge resource application through adaptive learning to achieve sustainable innovation transformation. However, in the context of digital globalization, the "black box" of how Chinese international startups build knowledge resource networks and utilize knowledge resources in relational networks through adaptive learning to affect international innovation performance has not yet been effectively explained. Based on this, this article constructs and tests a theoretical framework of "digital connectivity adaptive learning international innovation performance" to address the uniqueness of the learning action mode of Chinese international new ventures under the background of digital globalization. It reveals the mechanism of knowledge resource innovation transformation in the process of international market expansion of these enterprises, and mainly draws the following conclusions: (1) Digital connectivity is an important strategy for Chinese international new ventures to build efficient and extensive knowledge resource networks, providing key knowledge resources for improving innovation performance. The breadth and depth of digital connectivity have different effects on different dimensions of international innovation; (2) Adaptive learning is a necessary action strategy for Chinese international startups to cope with challenges such as diversified international market expansion and rapid changes in market opportunities. Based on a process perspective, it is divided into three dimensions: equilibrium search, evolutionary iteration, and flexibility diffusion, playing an important mediating role between digital connectivity and international innovation performance; (3) The pace of internationalization is an endogenous contextual factor in the internationalization strategy choices of Chinese international startups, which has an important moderating effect between digital connectivity and adaptive learning and exhibits significant differences; (4) Institutional distance is an exogenous situational factor that cannot be ignored in the international market expansion of Chinese international startups. It has an important moderating effect between adaptive learning and international innovation performance, and presents significant differences. The theoretical contributions of this article are mainly reflected in the following four aspects: (1) Based on the uniqueness of international expansion of Chinese international startups under the background of digital globalization, the research on the breadth and depth of digital connections has been conducted, and the construction strategies and models of knowledge resource networks for Chinese international startups have been extracted, which can explain the pre factors of adaptive learning construction for these enterprises and contribute to the theoretical gap caused by insufficient consideration of the rationality of digital connection theory under the global open innovation effect; (2) Based on the perspective of process theory, the content performance of adaptive learning in balance search, evolutionary iteration, and flexibility diffusion has been extracted, promoting the combination and deepening of the theories of "organizational adaptability" and "knowledge based dynamic ability"; (3) The research on the internationalization sustainability innovation mechanism of Chinese international new ventures from the perspective of the interaction between digital connectivity and adaptive learning fills the research gap in existing literature on the innovation performance improvement path and long-term innovation performance measurement indicators of Chinese international new ventures under the background of digital globalization, and provides an integrated theoretical analysis framework for subsequent research; (4) The study on the situational factors of internationalization pace and institutional distance has advanced the research on the contingency effects of different contexts on the relationship between digital connectivity, adaptive learning, and international innovation performance, supplementing the theoretical bias caused by insufficient consideration of the international market expansion context of Chinese international new ventures in existing research.
