中文摘要：	在经济高速发展的今天，建筑业是市场经济的一个主要组成部分，它有着广阔的发展空间。建筑企业的财务风险是提高其核心竞争能力的重要环节，但是由于其投资规模大，项目周期长，所面对的财务风险种类也更为繁杂，这就给企业的财务风险管理带来了困难和治理成效不佳的问题。这就要求建筑企业加强对财务风险的控制，探讨与之相适应的财务风险管理模型，以达到减少财务风险损失的目的与需求。Y建筑公司是二级央企，有着极具特殊的代表性，企业的重组行为既为其提供了极大的发展机会，但也存在着潜在的财务危机，严重制约着其转型成效，制约着重组后企业的可持续发展。通过对Y建筑公司财务风险管理的研究，可以为同类型国有建筑企业的稳健发展提供保证。 本文选取Y建筑公司为研究对象，通过对财务风险的基本理论的掌握，运用文献资料法、案例分析法、财务报表分析法等多种研究方法，来探讨Y建筑公司财务风险的管理。从Y建筑公司财务报表数据入手，阐述公司主要财务指标，结合公司财务风险管理意识、内部控制制度和风险评估体系，基于财务报表分析法从筹资、投资、经营三个角度进行数据分析以及以公司财务风险管理现状对公司财务风险进行识别，从而发现Y建筑公司财务风险管理存在的问题，并从公司财务风险现状和财务风险管理两个角度对问题产生的原因进行分析。最终结合本文的分析，从财务风险现状、财务风险管理机构与制度、构建财务风险预警机制、强化两金清收部门管理职能、加强财务风险管理人才队伍建设五个角度，制定了一套有效的防范措施，这对于Y建筑公司的财务风险进行有效的管理，并为其他建筑企业的发展提供了一定的借鉴和参考。 本文还将对Y建筑公司所面对的财务风险管理现状进行了深入的分析，通过内外环境的分析，更好地对财务风险进行识别，结合公司财务风险管理的具体情况和财务风险管理理论，更好地实现了财务风险应对措施提出的准确性。
英文摘要：	In today's rapidly developing economy, the construction industry is a major component of the market economy and has vast development potential. The financial risk of construction enterprises is an important link in improving their core competitiveness, but due to their large investment scale, long project cycle, and more complex types of financial risks they face, it brings difficulties and poor governance effectiveness to the financial risk management of enterprises. This requires construction companies to strengthen their control over financial risks and explore corresponding financial risk management models to achieve the goal and demand of reducing financial risk losses. Y Construction Company is a large state-owned construction enterprise. The restructuring of the enterprise provides great development opportunities, but there are also potential financial crises that seriously restrict its transformation effectiveness and the sustainable development of the enterprise after restructuring. By studying the financial risk management of Y Construction Company, it can provide guarantees for the stable development of similar state-owned construction enterprises. This article selects Y Construction Company as the research subject. Through grasping the basic theories of financial risks and employing multiple research methods such as the literature review method, case analysis method, and financial statement analysis method, it explores the management of financial risks of Y Construction Company. Beginning with the financial statement data of Y Construction Company, it elaborates the main financial indicators of the company. In combination with the company's awareness of financial risk management, internal control system, and risk assessment system, it conducts data analysis from the three perspectives of financing, investment, and operation based on the financial statement analysis method, and identifies the company's financial risks based on the current situation of its financial risk management. Thus, it discovers the problems existing in the financial risk management of Y Construction Company and analyzes the causes of these problems from the two perspectives of the company's financial status and financial risk management. Ultimately, in light of this analysis, from five aspects including financial status, financial risk management institutions and systems, construction of a financial risk early warning mechanism, strengthening the management functions of the departments for collecting receivables and payables, and enhancing the construction of the talent team for financial risk management, a set of effective preventive measures has been formulated. This is conducive to the effective management of the financial risks of Y Construction Company and provides certain references and lessons for the development of other construction enterprises. This article also provides an in-depth analysis of the current state of financial risk management faced by Y Construction Company. By analyzing the internal and external environment, better identifies financial risks. Combining the specific situation of the company's financial risk management and financial risk management theory, it better ensures the accuracy of the proposed financial response measures.
