| 中文摘要: | 企业员工关系管理的水平能够直接反映企业的整体管理水平与运营能力。因此,企业要实现预设的行业领先地位和战略目标,提升企业自身的运营管理水平,提高企业员工的满意度和忠诚度,实现员工与企业的共同发展,如何实施有效的企业员工关系管理体系,成为企业可持续发展的重要课题。 本论文聚焦于DS公司的员工关系管理这一重要领域,作为一家具有一定规模和知名度的企业,其员工关系管理不仅关乎企业的内部稳定与发展,也要接受其长期战略合作客户企业的高度关注。 根据员工关系管理相关理论,通过深入探讨DS公司的员工关系管理状况,分析运营过程中员工关系管理的实践与挑战,指出其在员工关系管理中存在几个主要问题:首先,沟通不畅,管理层与员工之间缺乏有效的沟通机制,在一定程度上影响了员工对公司政策和决策的理解与支持。其次,激励机制不够完善,未能充分调动员工的积极性和创造力,影响了员工的工作绩效。此外,员工关怀不到位,对员工的生活困难和心理需求关注不足,缺乏有效的人文关怀,降低了员工对企业的归属感。 针对以上问题,通过对不同岗位的员工采用访谈与观察、问卷调查法,对DS公司员工关系管理情况开展分析,提出了其在员工关系管理问题中相应的改进策略和建议,包括建立有效的沟通机制,打破管理层与员工之间的隔阂,促进信息的畅通流动;完善激励机制,通过多元化的奖励手段激发员工的工作热情;构建和谐的员工关怀体系,提高员工满意度和归属感系。从而构建符合企业发展的和谐、稳定、富有活力的员工关系管理模式,实现企业与员工的共同发展的目的。同时,也为其他类似企业提供了有益的参考和借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The level of employee relationship management can directly reflect the overall management level and operation ability of the enterprise. Therefore, enterprises should achieve the preset industry leading position and strategic goals, improve their own operation and management level, improve employees' satisfaction and loyalty, and realize the common development of employees and enterprises. how to implement an effective employee relationship management system has become an important issue for the sustainable development of enterprises. This paper focuses on the important field of employee relationship management of DS Company. As an enterprise with a certain scale and popularity, its employee relationship management is not only related to the internal stability and development of the enterprise, but also should be highly concerned by its long-term strategic cooperation customer enterprises. According to the relevant theory of labor relations management, through an in-depth discussion of the situation of employee relationship management in DS Company, this paper analyzes the practice and challenges of employee relationship management in the process of operation, and points out several main problems in employee relationship management: first of all, poor communication, lack of effective communication mechanism between management and employees, to a certain extent, affect employees' understanding and support of company policies and decisions. Secondly, the incentive mechanism is not perfect, failed to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, affecting the work performance of employees. In addition, employee care is not in place, lack of attention to employees' life difficulties and psychological needs, lack of effective humanistic care, which reduces employees' sense of belonging to the enterprise. In view of the above problems, through the methods of interview, observation and questionnaire, this paper analyzes the employee relationship management of DS Company, and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies and suggestions in employee relationship management, including establishing an effective communication mechanism, breaking the gap between management and employees, and promoting the smooth flow of information. Improve the incentive mechanism, through a variety of incentives to stimulate employees' enthusiasm for work; build a harmonious employee care system to improve employee satisfaction and sense of belonging. In order to build a harmonious, stable and dynamic employee relationship management model in line with the development of the enterprise, and achieve the goal of common development of the enterprise and employees.
