| 中文摘要: | 随着科技日新月异的发展,人力成本的不断提高,智能机器人的应用范围越来越广泛,消毒机器人在病毒传染期间进行无人消毒工作,有效的避免了病毒的传染及蔓延。同时,消毒机器人采用激光导航、地图定位等智能机器人领域的主要技术,因此具备一定的代表性。另外,作为带有创新性的研发项目,消毒机器人需要考虑市场需求的时限和技术实现难度,这也给项目进度管理带来严峻的挑战。因此,研究H公司消毒机器人研发项目的进度管理对于类似项目具有了重要意义和参考价值。 本文梳理了国内外进度管理相关研究同时对比分析了多种进度管理方法及工具,整理了多个流行的进度管理方法的优缺点,然后对消毒机器人研发项目的进度管理现状进行分析,同时列举出消毒机器人研发项目在开发过程中所产生进度延误的问题,并进行了成因分析。本文使用关键链方法对消毒机器人项目进行全面的进度管理优化,较为有特点的处理部分包括:工期估计时考虑到研发项目的工期特性采用了PERT估算法并采用最悲观估计时间;缓冲区计算时引入不确定性因子,更灵活的匹配不同任务的逾期可能;采用三色矩阵辅助项目进度控制。基于该优化方案,本文从H公司的角度提出了使用关键链项目进度管理的保障实施措施以及相应的评价体系。该评价体系在给出对当前项目进度管理方法实施的评价的同时也为后续项目的管理积累相关数据。 通过本次研究,提高了H公司在消毒机器人研发项目上的进度管理水平,给后续的项目提供了参考模板。同时,本文提出的相关项目进度管理措施对于国内同类研发项目的进度管理也具有相应的借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the increase of the labor costs and the rapid development of science and technology, the application of intelligent robots is becoming widespread. Disinfection robots perform unmanned disinfection work during the novel coronavirus outbreaks, effectively preventing the spread of viruses. At the same time, disinfection robots adopt some technologies, such as laser navigation and map positioning, making them representative for the intelligent robots. In addition, as an innovative Research & Development (R&D) project, disinfection robots need to consider market time limits and technical implementation difficulties, which pose serious challenges to project schedule management. Therefore, the study for this R&D project schedule management of H Company's disinfection robot has important significance and reference value for similar projects. This thesis reviews the relevant research on schedule management at home and abroad, compares and analyzes various methods and tools of the schedule management, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of several popular schedule management methods, and then analyzes the current situation of schedule management in the research and development project of disinfection robots. At the same time, it lists the problems of schedule delays in the development process of the disinfection robot research and development project, and analyzes the causes. This thesis uses the critical chain method to comprehensively optimize the schedule management of the disinfection robot project. Some of the more distinctive processing parts include: considering the duration characteristics of the research and development project when estimating the duration, using the PERT estimation method and adopting the most pessimistic estimation time; introducing uncertainty factors when calculating the buffer zone, which more flexibly matches the overdue possibility of different tasks; using a three-color matrix to assist project schedule control. The evaluation system not only evaluates the implementation of the current project schedule management method, but also accumulates relevant data for subsequent project schedule management. This research improved the level of the schedule management of H Company in the disinfection robot R&D project, provided a template for subsequent projects. At the same time, the relevant project schedule management measures proposed in this thesis also have corresponding reference significance for the progress management of similar domestic R&D projects. | |
