中文摘要:随着数字化浪潮的推进,客户对个性化和即时服务的需求显著增加,传统的产品销售模式逐渐显得不再灵活,过去以单一产品销售为核心的商业模式在服务响应速度、定制化方案以及持续改进的能力方面的局限性愈发明显,产品型经济加速向服务型经济转化。在这一背景下,万物即服务(Everything as a Service, XaaS)的概念应运而生,其包含多种服务模式,能够很好地满足多样化和个性化的用户需求,因此迅速席卷各行各业。 本文以L公司为研究对象,深入剖析其在向XaaS模式转型过程中的管理策略,结合企业的实际情况与未来发展需要,进行了全面系统的研究。在多个方面对其向XaaS转型管理策略做了深入研究。本文在广泛查阅相关领域文献的基础上,运用文献研究法梳理了XaaS模式的理论背景与应用现状,为L公司的转型提供了理论依据。研究过程中,本文立足于L公司所处行业的特点,结合对企业的SWOT分析结果和访谈调查结果,从技术创新、市场拓展、运营优化和人才管理等多个方面提出了切实可行的管理策略。此外,本文还从实践操作的角度制定了具体的实施路径,涵盖了转型的关键步骤与优先事项,确保策略的落地性与可操作性。通过构建转型策略与实施路径的闭环框架,本文为L公司提供了系统性的转型指导,并为同类制造型企业探索XaaS模式提供了有益参考和实践借鉴。 
英文摘要:With the advancement of the digital revolution, customer demand for personalized and instant services has significantly increased. Traditional product-centric sales models are becoming less flexible, revealing limitations in response speed, customization capabilities, and continuous improvement. This shift has accelerated the transition from a product-based economy to a service-oriented economy. Against this backdrop, the concept of Everything as a Service (XaaS) has emerged, encompassing various service models that effectively meet diverse and personalized user needs, quickly gaining traction across industries. This thesis takes Company L as a research subject to deeply analyze its management strategies during the transition to the XaaS model. Considering the company's current situation and future developmental needs, a comprehensive and systematic examination of its management strategies has been conducted. Based on extensive literature review in related fields, the thesis employs the literature research method to explore the theoretical foundations and practical applications of the XaaS model, providing a solid theoretical basis for Company L's transition. During the research process, the thesis incorporates the specific characteristics of Company L’s industry, integrates SWOT analysis and findings from interview surveys, and proposes actionable management strategies in areas such as technological innovation, market expansion, operational optimization, and talent management. Furthermore, the study develops a practical implementation roadmap, detailing key steps and priorities to ensure the feasibility and applicability of the strategies. By constructing a comprehensive framework linking transformation strategies with implementation pathways, this research provides systematic guidance for Company L's transition and offers valuable insights and practical references for other manufacturing enterprises exploring the XaaS model.
