| 中文摘要: | 医疗器械行业对人类健康至关重要,随着全球老龄化和疾病普遍化,医疗器械市场规模持续扩大。中国医疗器械市场在庞大内需与政府的政策支持下正快速发展。然而,市场扩张也加剧了竞争,并伴随着技术的快速更新与产品同质化的挑战。为应对这些挑战,中国医疗器械企业必须强化研发创新能力,这不仅是行业发展的核心驱动力,也直接影响企业的长远发展。医疗器械安全性要求高、项目专业性强且复杂、小批量与定制化、周期长等给企业和供应商带来了困难。为了确保研发项目的高效实施与新产品的持续推出,更好地支持公司整体战略,慎重选择供应商变得极为关键。 S公司是一家成立九年的创新创业医疗器械公司,核心竞争力是研发能力,研发项目投入比例高于一般同类企业。论文基于供应商管理和供应商选择等相关理论研究,首先通过访谈对S公司研发项目中供应商选择的问题进行了汇总和分析,并找到问题产生的原因。其次,论文结合医疗器械行业和研发项目特点,在基于S公司的具体情况基础上初步筛选了供应商选择指标,并通过德尔菲法对影响供应商选择的主要因素进行了调研和分析,确定了研发项目供应商选择的指标体系。再运用AHP层次分析法确定了供应商选择指标权重。最后,明确了研发项目供应商选择指标的评分标准,并选取代表性项目对供应商选择优化方案进行实际效果检验,确认优化方案的有效性和可操作性。 本研究基于研发创新能力对于中国医疗器械行业和企业的作用和价值,聚焦在医疗器械S公司研发项目阶段的供应商选择困境,为S公司研发阶段供应商的选择提供科学有效的方法,帮助S公司提高供应商选择水平,对提升研发项目的速度和质量,降低研发成本,改善供应商合作稳定性具有重要应用价值。同时,为医疗器械行业供应商选择模型提供理论支持,深化该领域的相关研究,丰富医疗器械行业的供应商选择优化的研究内容,也为同类医疗器械企业提供了参考和借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The medical device industry is crucial to human health, and with the global aging population and prevalence of diseases, the market for medical devices continues to expand. Despite starting relatively late, the medical device market in China is rapidly growing due to the large domestic demand and government support. However, market expansion has also intensified competition, leading to rapid technological advancements and challenges of product homogenization. To address these challenges, Chinese medical device companies must strengthen their R&D innovation capabilities, which are not only the core driving force of industry development but also directly impact the long-term growth of companies. The characteristics of medical device R&D, such as high safety standards, high specialization, complexity, small batch sizes, customization, and long development cycles, present difficulties for companies and suppliers. To ensure the efficient implementation of R&D projects and the continuous introduction of new products to better support the overall strategic goals of the company, careful selection of suppliers has become crucial. S Company, a nine-year-old innovative medical device company, with its core competitive advantage lying in R&D capabilities, has three R&D centers with a higher investment ratio in R&D projects compared to similar companies. This paper, based on relevant theories of supplier management and supplier selection, first analyzed the current situation, issues, and causes of supplier selection in S Company's R&D projects. Subsequently, the paper, in conjunction with the specific circumstances of S Company, conducted research and analysis on the main factors influencing supplier selection through the Delphi method, determined the indicator system for selecting suppliers for R&D projects, and used the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weights of the supplier selection indicators. Finally, based on the research on supplier selection for R&D projects at S Company, the paper clarified the evaluation criteria for supplier selection indicators and tested the optimization scheme for supplier selection using representative projects to confirm the effectiveness and feasibility of the optimization scheme. This study focuses on the dilemma of supplier selection during the R&D project phase of S Company in the medical device industry, providing a scientifically effective method for the selection of suppliers during the R&D phase. It helps S Company to improve its supplier management level, which is of significant practical value for enhancing the speed and quality of R&D projects, reducing R&D costs, and improving the stability of supplier cooperation. At the same time, it can also serve as a reference for similar medical device companies. | |
