| 中文摘要： | 随着竞争的激烈和工程项目的复杂化，投标报价工作成为涉及企业经营策略、市场信息、技术活动的综合商务活动。在工程的执行过程中，投标报价成为业主选择承包商的主要手段和方法，成为企业进入工程市场、显示公司实力和赢得合同的重要手段。 目前，中国企业投标报价存在着概预算定额的局限性、报价决策的盲目性和报价班子的临时性等问题。主要体现为缺乏完善的总体分析、缺乏对竞争对手的研究、缺乏投标方法的运用分析以及在组织报价班子的时候临时抱佛脚的现象屡见不鲜。这在一定程度上降低了投标报价的竞争力。 本文的目的是致力于综合运用报价策略以战胜其他竞争对手。 本研究综合运用了文献研究方法、归纳研究法、实证分析法等研究方法。在本文的研究上程中，通过对涉及工程投标报价策略的研究文献进行大量的检索研究从而把握目前工程投标报价策略的理论和学术前沿。文献的检索主要是体现在两个思路:国内文献检索和国外文献检索。归纳的方法就是通过观察客观事实，把这些事实加以分类，然后考察他们之间的关系，从而得出结论。本论文对工程投标报价策略进行研究，此方法将在这一研究过程中得到体现。实证分析方法是经济学研究的常见方法，本文在对具体工程投标报价策略做应用举例时将主要运用该种方法。在研究既运用项目管理风险管理理论研究方法又紧密结合中国当前工程投标报价策略的实际状况，做到了理论与实际的结合。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Tendering becomes an integrated business activity combining commercial strategy, marketing information and technique due to fierce competition and complication of nowadays’engineering project. Bidding becomes the main method not only for owner to select contractors but also for engineering companies to show their strength and experience to enter the market and win the contract. Presently, quote in Chinese companies exists many problems like budgetary estimate limiting factor, blindness of decision-making and provisionality of team-organizing, which bring out limited performances of general analysis, study of competitor, usage of quoting method and quoting team buildup. These factors to some degree weaken the competitive strength in quoting. The purpose of this thesis is to explain how to use the integrative quoting strategy to win in the competition. This study combines literature study method, induction method and demonstration analysis method. Theory and foreland of this topic are comprehended and mastered by collecting and studying information containing engineering quoting strategy. Induction is realized by classify the facts, studying their relationship and make conclusion finally. Demonstration analysis method, the common economics study method, is used in this thesis to give examples of using quoting strategy in engineering quoting. Fact of engineering quoting actuality and venture administration research are combined to make final conclusion convictive and reasonable | |
