| 英文摘要: | As the pharmaceutical industry increasingly emphasizes data security and user management, K Company is developing a user management platform specifically tailored for this sector. To ensure the project is completed efficiently and on time, this thesis aims to explore and optimize project progress management strategies. Through an analysis of the current state of project progress management, this study focuses on how to apply advanced project management tools and methodologies to enhance progress control during the development of the user management platform. The thesis identifies that detailed requirement planning, effective departmental coordination, and timely communication mechanisms are key factors for project success. K Company is an IT consulting service provider focused on pharmaceutical enterprises and life sciences. This thesis comprehensively outlines the current state of project progress management within the company, specifically in relation to the development project of its user management platform. We summarize and conduct an in-depth analysis of the company's project progress management practices, identifying various issues that could severely impact the project timeline. In response to these challenges, this thesis will focus on improving the development project of the user management platform. On one hand, we will optimize the project progress plan using tools such as work breakdown structures, project activity sequencing, critical path optimization, and planning review techniques. On the other hand, we will implement comprehensive improvements across multiple dimensions, including requirements, departmental management, communication and coordination, technology development, and tools and system architecture, to ensure the smooth advancement and ultimate success of the project. Through the aforementioned improvements and optimizations in progress management, the controllability and accuracy of project timelines can be significantly enhanced, reducing the risk of delays. Moreover, the optimized progress management plan also increases team members' job satisfaction and the success rate of project delivery. In summary, this thesis not only provides a practical and feasible optimization plan for progress management in specific software development projects but also establishes a targeted and systematic progress management strategy. These plans lead to significant improvements in project execution efficiency and delivery quality, helping the company achieve a more standardized and scientific approach to project management. Furthermore, the results of this thesis not only hold practical significance for this project but also provide valuable practical references for similar projects, aiding other teams in learning from successful experiences to optimize their own progress management processes.
