中文摘要: | 在当前中国教育改革的大背景下,教育的高质量发展已经成为国家的重点方向,教师作为核心资源,其职业压力和心理健康问题日益凸显。随着“双减”政策的落地,教师教育环境变革,教师的工作内容和职责变得愈加多元化、复杂化。教师需要同时应对学生需求、学校任务、社会期望以及自身职业发展的多重挑战。长期的工作压力和情感劳动使得教师的情绪状态容易陷入疲惫和消极,造成了教师职业倦怠感上升、心理健康问题加剧,尤其是抑郁、焦虑等心理症状在教师群体中逐渐普遍化。教师心理健康问题的蔓延,也对教师的职业满意度和职业认同感造成了严重冲击,进而对整体教育质量造成负面影响。 本文针对天津XH公立学校教师心理健康及管理问题开展深入剖析,并提出切实可行的应对策略。研究过程中,本文基于心理健康理论、学校管理理论和综合文献评述,运用定量研究与定性研究方法相结合的复合研究法,对天津市XH公立学校教师的心理健康状况量化分析,确立了心理健康问题成因。研究结果显示,教师面临抑郁和焦虑等多重心理问题,教师的职业承诺、自我效能感与心理健康之间相互作用。本文据此从“个体-学校-家庭和社会”三个维度提出了包括完善教师心理健康支持系统、优化学校管理流程、增强社会支持、提供个性化心理支持等应对策略,力求为天津市XH公立学校提供有效的心理健康管理方案。 研究表明,通过校园文化与社会氛围的优化,整合信息技术用以加强团队建设和完善心理健康管理体系,在政策支持和合理配置资源下,能有效提升教师心理健康水平,增强教师职业满意度,进而促进教育事业的长远发展。 | |
英文摘要: | Under the current backdrop of education reform in China, the high quality development of education has become a national priority, and as core resources, teachers are increasingly facing significant occupational pressure and mental health challenges. With the implementation of the "Double Reduction" policy and changes in the educational environment, the responsibilities and duties of teachers have become more diverse and complex. Teachers must simultaneously address multiple challenges, including meeting student needs, fulfilling school responsibilities, responding to societal expectations, and managing their own career development. Prolonged work pressure and emotional labor easily lead teachers into a state of fatigue and negativity, resulting in rising levels of burnout and worsening mental health issues. Depression, anxiety, and other psychological symptoms have become increasingly common among teachers. The spread of mental health problems among teachers has also severely impacted their job satisfaction and professional identity, which, in turn, negatively affects the overall quality of education. This thesis provides an in depth analysis of the mental health and management issues faced by teachers in Tianjin XH public school and proposes practical coping strategies. The thesis is based on theories of mental health, school management, and a comprehensive literature review. It employs a mixed-method approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative research methods to quantitatively assess the mental health status of teachers in Tianjin XH public school and identify the root causes of their psychological issues. The findings show that teachers are dealing with multiple mental health problems, such as depression and anxiety, and that there are complex interactions between teachers' professional commitment, self-efficacy, and mental health. Based on these results, the thesis proposes coping strategies across three dimensions of "individual-school-family and society". These include improving the teacher mental health support system, optimizing school management processes, enhancing social support, and providing personalized psychological support, with the aim of offering an effective mental health management plan for Tianjin XH public school. Research indicates that optimizing school culture and social atmosphere, integrating information technology to strengthen team building, enhancing the mental health management system, and allocating appropriate policy support and resources can effectively improve teachers' mental health, increase job satisfaction, and contribute to the long term development of education. | |
