中文摘要:摘要 随着地铁行业的不断发展,地铁设备的种类和数量都在急速增加,设备运维的复杂性和困难性也随之增加,对于设备运维的高效性、经济性、智能性都提出了新的要求。现有的设备运维管理模式已经落后于新的发展要求,容易造成设备维修不足和维修过剩的问题,导致故障的频发和资源浪费,因此,亟需对现有设备运维管理模式进行优化。 本文通过文献检索、调查问卷及定量分析等方法,充分梳理了国内外设备运维相关理论的研究现状,分析了天津地铁工务设备运维管理的现状,利用同行调研和问卷调查法找出影响运维水平的痛点问题,并运用鱼骨图分析法从“人机料法环测”六个方面分析问题的原因,最终分类汇总出来影响运维水平的五个主要原因分别是:设备运维模式落后、现场管理不精细、人员成长体系缺乏、制度规范性不足、信息化水平低。 本文在回顾全面规范化生产维护管理理论和精益维修理论的基础上,针对天津地铁工务设备运维管理存在的问题,提出“提质、降本、增效”全面优化的运维管理目标,借鉴TnPM理论中的SOON体系,从策略、现场、组织资源和规范等方面提出设备运维管理的优化建议,并且给出智慧运维信息化平台的建设思路,将优化方案和智慧运维平台相结合,提出了一个适合于地铁工务专业特点的设备运维管理优化方案。同时,建立运维改善小组、健全新型运维模式下的制度、制定五阶六维的设备运维效果综合评价体系,保障设备运维提升目标的实现。 本文结合天津地铁工务设备运维体系的优化建设,为其他地铁公司的设备运维管理优化提供了参考和借鉴。本文包含了图18幅,表14个,参考文献38篇。 关键词:地铁工务设备;运维管理;TnPM;精益维修 
英文摘要:Abstract With the continuous development of the Metro Railway industry, the variety and quantity of Metro Railway equipment have increased rapidly, leading to a corresponding surge in the complexity and difficulty of equipment operation and maintenance. This has posed new requirements for the efficiency, economy, and intelligence of equipment operation and maintenance. The existing equipment operation and maintenance management model has lagged behind these new development requirements, easily resulting in inadequate or excessive maintenance, which in turn leads to frequent failures and resource wastage. Therefore, there is an urgent need to optimize the current equipment operation and maintenance management model. Through literature retrieval, surveys, quantitative analysis, and other methods, this paper thoroughly reviews the current research status of equipment operation and maintenance-related theories both domestically and internationally. It analyzes the current situation of operation and maintenance management for Tianjin Metro's engineering equipment, identifies pain points affecting the level of operation and maintenance using peer research and questionnaire surveys, and employs fish-bone diagram analysis to examine the causes of these issues from six aspects: "human, machine, material, method, environment, and measurement" Ultimately, five primary reasons for impacting the level of operation and maintenance are summarized and categorized: outdated equipment operation and maintenance models, imprecise field management, lack of personnel development systems, inadequate institutional standardization, and low informatization levels. Based on a review of Total Normalized Productive Maintenance (TnPM) theory and Lean Maintenance theory, this paper addresses the issues in Tianjin Metro's engineering equipment operation and maintenance management by proposing comprehensive optimization goals for operation and maintenance management aimed at "improving quality, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency." Drawing on the SOON system within TnPM theory, it offers optimization suggestions for equipment operation and maintenance management in terms of strategy, field operations, organizational resources, and norms. Additionally, it presents a construction framework for an intelligent operation and maintenance informatization platform. By integrating the optimization plan with the intelligent operation and maintenance platform, an optimized equipment operation and maintenance management plan suitable for the characteristics of Metro Railway engineering is proposed. Simultaneously, an operation and maintenance improvement team is established, new systems under the new operation and maintenance model are improved, and a comprehensive evaluation system for equipment operation and maintenance effectiveness with five stages and six dimensions is formulated to ensure the achievement of enhanced equipment operation and maintenance goals. This paper, which integrates the optimized construction of Tianjin Metro's engineering equipment operation and maintenance system, provides a reference for other Metro Railway companies to optimize their equipment operation and maintenance management.This thesis includes 18 figures, 14 tables, and 38 references.
