中文摘要:中文摘要 新世纪以来,创业企业文化建设越来越受到重视,开展创业企业文化建设研究具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文对中国创业企业文化建设进行了系统研究。首先,对企业文化的基本理论进行了回顾,阐述了企业文化的含义、类型、功能和特点,为创业企业企业文化建设的现状分析和问题剖析奠定了坚实的理论基础;其次,在界定创业企业基本概念的基础上,对创业企业进行了分类,从初创条件、创业主体、企业性质、创业动因四个不同角度对创业企业进行了分类;通过对创业企业发展现状和发展态势的分析,提出了创业企业发展中存在的三方面主要问题;再次,总结了创业企业文化建设取得的经验和现状,提炼了创业企业文化建设存在的五方面主要问题,分析了文化建设的优点和趋势,概括并提出了创业企业文化建设的四大重要意义;然后,提出了创业企业文化建设的目标要求和原则,并详细提出建设优秀文化的三方面具体对策和五阶段建设步骤;最后,通过HYZJ企业文化建设案例分析,使的创业企业在文化建设过程中的问题和特点得到具体的揭示和体现,也使得文化建设的意义和重要性得到现实的支撑,为创业企业的文化建设提供了一个取长补短、吸收借鉴的样板,对论文的观点进行了验证。 本文的创新点主要有以下几点:第一,对创业企业的基本态势和主要问题进行了系统概括和凝练;第二,通过对创业企业文化建设的深入分析,结合创业企业实际,提出了创业企业文化建设的总体思路、基本原则、具体对策和建设步骤。这不仅使创业企业文化建设在操作上有了明确的目标和方向,而且在实践上有了具体可行的方法途径,对于我国创业企业开展文化建设具有重要的实践价值;第三,对HYZJ公司的企业文化建设的案例分析使创业企业文化建设的理论分析得到依托和应证,使的创业企业在文化建设过程中的问题和特点得到具体的揭示和体现,也使得文化建设的意义和重要性得到现实的支撑,为创业企业的文化建设提供了一个取长补短、吸收借鉴的样板,为文化建设理论的实施提供了案例支持。
