| 中文摘要: | 老字号企业经营模式转型是中华老字号企业在面对如今复杂多变的市场环境下,为了获取长期竞争优势而进行的整体战略性经营转型,涉及产品创新、市场策略调整、精神传承与品牌重塑、资源整合与重新分配、经营模式与组织调整等诸多方面。通过研究中华老字号中式糕点企业经营模式转型的历程,以揭示传统中式糕点企业在现代市场商业环境中,如何通过实施创新经营模式转型成功实现中华老字号企业复兴的理论与实践路径。 本研究以中华老字号中式糕点企业XH的经营模式转型为案例,基于企业公开报道与企业内部资料等研究资料,采用文献研究法、案例研究法、访谈研究法,系统梳理了拥有百年悠久历史的中华老字号企业XH从创始、兴盛到遭遇发展困境,再到经营模式全面转型的全进程。论文详细阐述了中华老字号企业XH通过构建依托全媒体、全渠道、全运营的现代企业经营模式作为转型基石,融合了老字号企业新产品的创新升级与新技术新平台的引入与应用,构建出了新时代商业环境中适应老字号企业经营发展的新型组织形态与新型价值网络生态圈。在传承百年老字号的文化精神与使命愿景的基础上,通过全面构建以持续服务与发展为根本宗旨的老字号经营模式,不断扩大了老字号企业XH的品牌影响力与可持续经营能力,探索出百年老字号企业XH经营模式全面转型的关键可行路径。 本研究通过对中华老字号企业XH的经营模式转型的深入剖析与研究,系统性总结了在中华老字号企业面临经营困境的行业背景下,老字号XH的企业经营模式转型的具体实施路径与实践经验,旨在为中华老字号同行企业在经营模式创新转型方面提供具有高价值性的参考与借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The transformation of the business model of time-honored enterprises in China is a comprehensive strategic transformation undertaken by Chinese time-honored enterprises in order to gain long-term competitive advantages in the face of today's complex and ever-changing market environment. It involves product innovation, market strategy adjustment, spiritual inheritance and brand reshaping, resource integration and redistribution, business model and organizational adjustment, and many other aspects. By studying the transformation process of the business model of traditional Chinese pastry enterprises, this study aims to reveal the theoretical and practical path for how traditional Chinese pastry enterprises can successfully achieve the revival of Chinese time-honored enterprises by implementing innovative business models in the modern market business environment. This study takes the business model transformation of Chinese pastry enterprise XH, a time-honored Chinese brand, as a case study. Based on research data such as public reports and internal information of the enterprise, literature research, case study, and interview research methods were used to systematically sort out the entire process of XH, a century old Chinese brand enterprise, from its founding, prosperity, to encountering development difficulties, and then to the comprehensive transformation of its business model. The paper elaborates in detail on the transformation of Chinese time-honored enterprise XH through the construction of a modern enterprise management model relying on all media, all channels, and all operations. It integrates the innovation and upgrading of new products and the introduction and application of new technologies and platforms of time-honored enterprises, and constructs a new organizational form and a new value network ecosystem that adapts to the business development of time-honored enterprises in the new era. On the basis of inheriting the cultural spirit and mission vision of a century old brand, by comprehensively constructing a business model of a century old brand with continuous service and development as its fundamental purpose, we have continuously expanded the brand influence and sustainable management capabilities of the old brand enterprise XH, and explored the key feasible path for the comprehensive transformation of the business model of the century old brand enterprise XH. This study systematically summarizes the specific implementation path and practical experience of the business model transformation of Chinese time-honored brand enterprise XH in the context of industry difficulties faced by Chinese time-honored brand enterprises, through in-depth analysis and research on the business model transformation of Chinese time-honored brand enterprise XH. The aim is to provide high-value references and inspirations for Chinese time-honored brand peer enterprises in business model innovation and transformation. | |
