中文摘要: 科技正在改变我们的生活方式,生活变得越来越便捷。N公司作为全球领先的技术解决方案提供商,通过创新技术使人们的生活越来越好。在全球化的浪潮中,对供应商选择过程进行改进,不仅能够帮助企业更好地适应市场变化,还能在激烈的市场竞争中保持优势。 在金融领域,N公司的智能ATM机不仅能够提供24小时的全球服务,帮助银行客户完成与金融相关的交易。在商旅领域,提供智能化的酒店和机场服务系统。科技的进步不仅仅是为了追求技术的前沿,更重要的是要解决人们在日常生活中的实际问题。N公司始终致力于研究和开发能够满足市场需求的创新产品,以确保其技术解决方案能够真正地使人们的生活变得更加美好。N公司凭借技术研发和开发能力的优势,在全球市场占领了较多的市场份额。然而,公司内部仍然存在着一些待解决的问题。本文以 N 公司为对象,通过五力模型、定性调研访谈、定量调查问卷、SWOT、SIPOC、原因与结果矩阵等多种分析方法对N公司供应商选择改进流程进行风险评估,得出供应商选择流程不规范、供应商选择通过审核后考核管理制度不科学、供应商入门后缺乏持续选择机制等问题。再利用特性要因图工具,分析得出供应商选择制度不合理、供应商选择未考虑运营工厂因素、供应商入门后缺乏持续选择机制、供应商选择指标不准确等原因,是导致供应商选择流程出现问题的主要原因。本文对由客户定制的离散型工业复杂产品,通过找到制造方式的突破口提出了基于模块区域化为主的改进策略,即生产模块化供应商选择、全球一体化、差异本地化供应商选择和产品供应方式优化。为了确保改进措施的顺利实施,本文又提出了相应的实施保障,即组织结构层面的保障措施、研发层面的保障措施和市场情报与数据驱动的保障措施。N公司通过实施供应商选择改进研究对运营业绩和公司财务指标明显有效。有效地降低供货周期,提升产品质量,提高客户的满意度和竞争力。 希望本研究可以为行业内公司提供一种思路,为提升公司的供应商选择水平、产品和服务的质量,较好地激发更多企业关注供应链管理的重要性,鼓励企业通过创新和改进,实现可持续发展。 
英文摘要:Technology is changing the way we live, and life is becoming more and more convenient. As the world's leading technology solution provider, Company N makes people's lives better and better through innovative technology. In the wave of globalization, improving the supplier selection process can not only help companies better adapt to market changes, but also maintain an advantage in the fierce market competition. In the financial sector, Company N's ATM is not only able to provide 24-hour global services to help bank customers complete finance-related transactions. In the field of business travel, it provides intelligent hotel and airport service systems. The advancement of science and technology is not only to pursue the frontier of technology, but more importantly, to solve practical problems in people's daily lives. Company N has always been committed to researching and developing innovative products that meet the needs of the market to ensure that its technological solutions can truly make people's lives better. With the advantages of technology R&D and development capabilities, Company N has occupied a large market share in the global market. However, there are still some issues within the company that need to be addressed.In this paper, we conducted a risk assessment of the supplier selection and improvement process of N company through a variety of analysis methods such as five forces model, qualitative research interviews, quantitative questionnaires, SWOT, SIPOC, and cause & effect matrix, and concluded that the supplier selection process was not standardized, the assessment management system after the supplier selection passed the audit was unscientific, and supplier lacked a continuous selection mechanism after entry. The main reasons for the problems in the supplier selection process are the unreasonable supplier selection system, the lack of operation plant factors in supplier selection, the lack of continuous selection mechanism after supplier entry, and the inaccurate supplier selection index. This thesis proposes an improvement strategy based on module regionalization for discrete industrial complex products customized by customers by finding a breakthrough in manufacturing methods, namely, production modularization supplier selection, global integration, differentiated localization supplier selection and product supply mode optimization. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement measures, this thesis proposes corresponding implementation safeguards, namely the organizational structure level, the R&D level, and the market intelligence and data-driven safeguards. Company N's implementation of supplier selection improvement studies has been clearly effective in terms of operating performance and corporate financial indicators. Effectively reduce the supply cycle, improve product quality, and improve customer satisfaction and competitiveness.   It is hoped that this study can provide an idea for companies in the industry to improve the company's supplier selection level, product and service quality, better stimulate more enterprises to pay attention to the importance of supply chain management, and encourage enterprises to achieve sustainable development through innovation and improvement.
