| 英文摘要: | Against the backdrop of China's sustained economic growth and expanding enterprise scales, traditional fund management models face increasing complexity in capital flows, as well as heightened challenges in operational efficiency and security. Consequently, establishing a treasury management system encompassing centralized fund management, efficient operations, security safeguards, and intelligent decision-making functions has become crucial for enhancing enterprise financial management effectiveness and core competitiveness. This study focuses on the digital transformation of A Group's treasury management system, aiming to explore its modernization path and strategies. The research initially reviews the evolution of treasury management models and the latest advancements in digital treasury management, clarifying the research background, objectives, and value, and establishing the research topic and methodological framework. In constructing the theoretical framework, the core concepts of treasury, treasury management system, and digital transformation are defined, while integrating multiple theoretical dimensions such as internal capital market theory and information asymmetry theory, providing a theoretical foundation for in-depth analysis of the current status and transformation path of A Group's treasury management system. Through an analysis of A Group's basic situation, business layout, and treasury management development history, the study reveals the structure, achievements, and challenges of its treasury management system, demonstrating the urgent need and feasibility of digital transformation. In terms of optimization strategy planning, a comprehensive optimization blueprint for A Group's treasury management system is designed, proposing improvement measures from four dimensions: basic management optimization, capital operation efficiency enhancement, resource allocation optimization, and risk management system construction. Specific measures include optimizing the account management system, enhancing the integration of fund settlement platforms, optimizing bill management processes, building a refined fund budget management system, reconstructing investment and financing management processes, adjusting guarantee management mechanisms, and establishing a comprehensive and multi-layered risk management and decision support system. The study anticipates significant improvements in application efficiency and economic benefits following the optimization of A Group's treasury management system. To ensure the effective implementation and continuous optimization of the optimization plan, safeguard measures such as clear strategic orientation, constructing a digital platform, improving the risk control system, and promoting talent and organizational change are proposed. This study not only provides a concrete and feasible implementation plan for the digital transformation of A Group's treasury management system but also offers valuable reference examples for other enterprises undergoing similar transformations. At the same time, the limitations of the study are acknowledged, and future research directions are outlined, with expectations for richer outcomes in areas such as deep data mining, extensive case validation, and continuous optimization mechanism exploration. | |
