中文摘要: | 在当今全球化和信息化快速发展的时代背景下,经济快速发展,人口规模不断扩大,资源消耗与环境压力日益凸显,可持续发展已成为全球共识和时代命题。各国政府为应对气候变化、保护生态环境,出台了一系列节能降耗、减排治污的政策法规。2020年9月,习近平总书记在75届联合国大会上宣告:“2030年前中国要碳达峰,2060年实现碳中和”的气候目标,双碳目标的提出与实施,不仅是中国应对全球气候变化的重要举措,更是推动经济社会可持续发展的内在要求。 快消品行业作为市场经济的重要组成部分,在社会进步、经济发展方面发挥着重要作用,同时其具有高产量、高消耗、高排放的特点,如果想在激烈的市场竞争中占据有利地位,就必须推动绿色发展,加强节能减排工作,为消费者提供绿色、环保、对环境更友好的产品。 M公司为快消品制造企业,成立于2011年,是集团内的华北区域生产制造和物流基地,是集团内六大基地之一,本文以M公司作为研究对象,在对精益管理相关理论和实际应用进行梳理,及对绿色发展和节能降耗的实际应用进行梳理的基础上,系统的识别、分析M公司在能源管理方面存在的问题及需要改善的内容。以能源管理精益化为核心,通过实地调研法、文献分析法、数据分析法等,提出M公司节能降耗的对策和方案,运用精益管理理念、精益管理的工具和方法帮助M公司提升能源管理水平。通过相关方案的分析和推进实施,M公司的设备故障率、生产效率、绿色能源使用比率及公司整体的节能降耗意识都得到的较好的提升。同时,将M公司在实施节能降耗过程中共性问题进行提炼,为集团内其他基地及更多的快消品制造企业节能降耗提供参考。 | |
英文摘要: | In the context of rapid globalization and information technology development, with rapid economic growth, expanding population size, and increasingly prominent resource consumption and environmental pressures, sustainable development has become a global consensus and a topic of the times. Governments around the world have introduced a series of policies and regulations on energy conservation, consumption reduction, emission reduction, and pollution control to address climate change and protect the ecological environment. In September 2020, General Secretary Xi Jinping announced at the 75th United Nations General Assembly that China aims to peak carbon emissions by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060. The proposal and implementation of the dual carbon target are not only important measures for China to address global climate change, but also an inherent requirement for promoting sustainable economic and social development. As an important component of the market economy, the fast-moving consumer goods industry plays a crucial role in social progress and economic development. At the same time, it has the characteristics of high output, high consumption, and high emissions. If we want to occupy a favorable position in the fierce market competition, we must promote green development, strengthen energy conservation and emission reduction work, and provide consumers with green, environmentally friendly, and more environmentally friendly products. M Company is a fast-moving consumer goods manufacturing enterprise established in 2011. It is a production and logistics base in the North China region of the group and one of the six major bases within the group. This article takes M Company as the research object, and based on the review of lean management theory and practical applications, as well as the practical application of green development and energy conservation, systematically identifies and analyzes the problems and areas for improvement in M Company's energy management. Taking lean energy management as the core, through field research, literature analysis, data analysis, etc., propose energy-saving and consumption reducing strategies and plans for M company, and use lean management concepts, tools, and methods to help M company improve its energy management level. Through the analysis and implementation of relevant plans, M Company's equipment failure rate, production efficiency, green energy usage rate, and overall energy conservation awareness have been significantly improved. At the same time, the common problems encountered by M Company in implementing energy conservation and consumption reduction will be extracted, providing reference for energy conservation and consumption reduction in other bases within the group and more fast-moving consumer goods manufacturing enterprises. | |
