英文摘要：	This thesis focuses on the practical needs of urban operation companies in constructing and strengthening urban perception systems, using the DPSIR framework to address the complex challenges in the evolution of modern urban perception systems. It particularly emphasizes the evaluation of the construction and operational effectiveness of these systems and strategies for improvement. The article delves into the theoretical background and current status of urban perception systems, highlighting both the significance of establishing such evaluation systems for urban planning and governance, and the value of enhancement strategies for improving the operational efficiency of urban operation companies. Based on the practical needs of urban operation companies, the study starts from theoretical foundations to conduct in-depth discussions and analyses of urban perception systems and the DPSIR model. As an important component of urban management and operation, the urban perception system is clarified through a literature review and theoretical framework, which outlines its concepts and characteristics. During the indicator system construction phase, a combination of theoretical exploration and field research was used to design a multi-dimensional urban perception system evaluation index, balancing government governance and social services. In the empirical analysis phase, the constructed indicator system was used to evaluate the urban perception system in Xiong'an New Area. The results of this analysis revealed the current status of the system and identified existing problems. Based on this empirical analysis, the study further explores strategies for enhancing the urban perception system from the perspective of urban operation companies. This phase of the research combines theoretical analysis with empirical results, identifying key issues and bottlenecks in the urban perception system and proposing targeted improvement strategies. The conclusion summarizes the main research findings and conclusions, emphasizing that the development level of the urban perception system is closely related to urban development. The degree of perfection of the system directly affects the effectiveness of urban operation companies and the quality of social services. By implementing a series of enhancement strategies, the construction and development of the urban perception system can be effectively promoted, providing strong support for the sustainable development of cities. The study also discusses its limitations and shortcomings. Furthermore, it looks ahead to future research directions, proposing future research topics and possible fields to extend the depth and breadth of the research, aiming to provide valuable references for the ongoing study of urban perception system evaluation and enhancement strategies.
