| 中文摘要: | 随着经济的发展,计算机已融入社会生活的方方面面,成为人们日常生活和工作必不可少的工具,操作系统作为计算机的灵魂,已展现出极高的成熟度。但随着近年来中美贸易战的不断升级,我国科技短板逐渐暴露,面临着“卡脖子”甚至“捅刀子”的风险。同时随着信息技术的普及和应用,安全问题也日益凸显,因此科技产业链的全国产化势在必行,研发国产化自主可控的操作系统显得尤为重要。国产操作系统的发展离不开丰富的软硬件生态,作为整个商业生态系统的核心,起着领导和协调的作用。机遇与挑战并存,国产操作系统企业如何优化现有的生态合作伙伴管理方案,助力科技产业链的全面发展,需要进行一系列的分析和思考。 本文系统性总结了操作系统、操作系统生态、操作系统生态合作伙伴的概念和技术演变,并对交易成本理论、卡拉杰克模型、层次分析法、资源依赖理论进行了回顾,紧接着运用PEST、波特五力和SWOT对K公司国产操作系统的内外部环境进行了全面剖析,同时在分析了K公司国产操作系统发展历史和生态现状的背景下,以全生命周期的成长视角,从分类引入、运行评价及培育发展三个阶段详细阐述了K公司生态合作伙伴管理现状,运用鱼骨图清晰直观地展示了运营管理过程中存在的问题,并分析其根因。通过以上分析,结合K公司生态合作伙伴管理目标,给出分类引入、评价体系、培育激励三个阶段的优化方案设计,同时基于PDCA理论对方案的实施进行详细规划,从组织协同、人力资源、信息技术三个方面给出保障建议。 本文在K公司生态合作伙伴管理优化方案的设计中,应用了组织管理理论与层次分析方法,具有一定的创新价值。K公司在国产操作系统行业内市场份额较高,受信创政策等宏观环境影响大,本文将其作为研究对象,具有一定的代表性。论文研究对K公司生态合作伙伴管理具有一定的指导作用,同时,对国产操作系统行业而言,本研究也具有一定的参考价值和借鉴作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of the economy, computers have integrated into all aspects of social life and become an essential tool for people's daily life and work. Operating systems, as the soul of computers, have shown a high level of maturity. But with the continuous escalation of the Sino US trade war in recent years, China's technological shortcomings have gradually been exposed, facing the risk of being "choked" or even "stabbed". With the popularization and application of information technology, security issues have become increasingly prominent. Therefore, the national industrialization of the technology industry chain is imperative, and the development of domestically produced and controllable operating systems is particularly important. The development of domestic operating systems cannot be separated from a rich software and hardware ecosystem. As the core of the entire business ecosystem, it plays a leading and coordinating role. Opportunities and challenges coexist, and a series of analyses and reflections are needed on how domestic operating system companies can optimize their existing ecological partner management solutions to support the comprehensive development of the technology industry chain. This article systematically summarizes the concepts and technological evolution of operating systems, operating system ecosystems, and operating system ecosystem partners, and reviews transaction cost theory, Karajack model, analytic hierarchy process, and resource dependence theory. Then, PEST, Porter's Five Forces, and SWOT are used to comprehensively analyze the internal and external environment of K Company's domestic operating system. At the same time, based on the analysis of the development history and ecological status of K Company's domestic operating system, the management status of K Company's ecological partners is elaborated in detail from the perspectives of classification introduction, operation evaluation, and cultivation and development throughout the entire life cycle. The fishbone diagram is used to clearly and intuitively display the problems in the operation and management process, and analyze their root causes. Based on the above analysis and K Company's ecological partner management objectives, an optimization plan design is proposed for three stages: classification introduction, evaluation system, and cultivation incentives. At the same time, detailed planning is carried out for the implementation of the plan based on PDCA theory, and guarantee suggestions are provided from three aspects: organizational collaboration, human resources, and information technology. This article applies organizational management theory and analytic hierarchy process in the design of the optimization plan for K Company's ecological partner management, which has certain innovative value. K Company has a relatively high market share in the domestic operating system industry and is greatly influenced by macro environmental factors such as information and innovation policies. This article takes it as the research object and has certain representativeness. The research paper has a certain guiding role in the management of K company's ecological partners, and at the same time, it also has certain reference value and reference value for the domestic operating system industry. | |
