中文摘要：	现金是国家金融基础设施的重要内容，是国家政治、经济、文化等的重要载体和体现，在维护国家经济金融发展稳定和国计民生等领域发挥重要作用。现金作为商业银行的核心资产之一，其管理的优化对于提升银行的运营效率、降低风险和成本方面具有重要影响。现金管理水平的高低直接关系到银行的流动性管理、资本利用率和客户服务水平。实物现金营运管理是商业银行运营管理的重要组成部分。随着数字技术的发展，传统的现金管理方式面临挑战，优化现金管理流程、提高管理效率和安全性成为研究的重点。基于此，C银行越来越重视现金业务营运管理的体系的建设与完善，但在现金清分整点、现金实物仓储、现金调缴调拨以及现金收付服务方面存在待完善问题。 本文首先阐述了研究背景及意义，回顾梳理了国内外关于商业银行现金业务营运管理方面的研究结论，而后对商业银行现金业务定义、业务特征、管理现状等进行研究，并重点分析了C银行现金业务运营管理的存在的问题及产生的原因，揭示了其在现金实物仓储保管、清分整点、调缴调拨等方面存在的问题。在提升现金实物保管智能化水平方面，本文强调了升级机械化作业模式、建立金库运营流程数字化管理机制、加强机具管理能力等关键措施。在强化现金实物调拨管理能力方面，提出建立机具运营监测模型、创新任务驱动型业务模式等策略。在建立内外部联系沟通机制方面，强调联合押运公司研发设计押运服务管理系统的重要性，为商业银行现金业务营运管理的优化提供了有益的借鉴。
英文摘要：	Cash is an important part of the national financial infrastructure and a crucial carrier and embodiment of national politics, economy, culture, etc. It plays an essential role in maintaining the stability of national economic and financial development and people's livelihood. As one of the core assets of commercial banks, the optimization of cash management is crucial for improving bank operation efficiency, reducing risks and costs. The level of cash management directly affects the liquidity management, capital utilization rate, and customer service level of banks. Physical cash operation management is an important part of commercial bank operation management. With the development of digital technology, traditional cash management methods are facing challenges, and optimizing cash management processes, improving management efficiency, and security have become the focus of research. Based on this, C Bank is increasingly emphasizing the construction and improvement of the cash business operation management system, but there are still issues to be improved in cash sorting and counting, cash physical storage, cash transfer and allocation, and cash collection and payment services. This article first elaborates the research background and significance, reviews the research conclusions of domestic and foreign studies on commercial bank cash business operation management, and then studies the definition, business characteristics, and management status of commercial bank cash business. It focuses on analyzing the problems and reasons of C Bank's cash business operation management, and reveals the issues in cash physical storage and custody, sorting and counting, transfer and allocation, etc. In terms of improving the intelligence level of cash physical storage, this article emphasizes the key measures such as upgrading the mechanized operation mode, establishing a digital management mechanism for the operation process of the vault, and strengthening the capacity of machine management. In terms of strengthening the ability of cash physical transfer management, strategies such as establishing a machine operation monitoring model and innovating task-driven business models are proposed. In terms of establishing an internal and external communication and coordination mechanism, the importance of jointly developing and designing a cash transportation service management system with the escort company is emphasized, providing useful reference for the optimization of commercial bank cash business operation management.
