中文摘要:在我国金融改革随着经济结构转型的不断发展而深化的背景下,随着汇率、利率等市场化金融改革不断推进,我国的银行业也迎来了深刻的转型,银行机构间竞争更加激烈。人才培养是商业银行提升竞争能力的关键手段之一,尤其在其面向客户的服务方面,人才培养水平决定着其人力资源的竞争能力,对商业银行的发展质量至关重要,是其能否转型成功的关键要素之一。YZ储蓄银行要跟上时代发展的步伐,必须通过聚集人才,群策群力,并对人才培养进行战略部署,树立自己的品牌,打造贴合自己需求的人才培养模式。 本文以YZ储蓄银行TJ分行的人才培养体系为研究对象,探究如何提升其人才培养的效能,为其在日趋激烈的市场竞争中争得一席之地提供人才支持。首先,对人才及人才培养相关的概念和理论进行了梳理。其次,从人力资源概况、人才培养目标、人才培养途径、课程培训体系几个方面介绍了YZ储蓄银行TJ分行的人才培养体系现状。并设计了访谈提纲和调查问卷,对YZ储蓄银行TJ分行的人才培养现状进行了访谈和调查,并依据访谈资料和调查结果总结了其人才培养体系存在的问题。随后,依据分析的问题给出了TJ分行人才培养体系改进的原则和思路,提出了改进对策:明确人才培养战略目标、设置多元化人才培养途径、优化课程培训体系,并从文化、组织和制度三个方面给出了保障措施。本文的研究成果为YZ储蓄银行TJ分行在金融市场竞争日趋激烈的背景下,实现快速转型发展,打造行业领先的一流大型零售商业银行夯实人才基础提供参考。 
英文摘要:Against the backdrop of deepening financial reform in China with the continuous development of economic structural transformation, and with the continuous promotion of market-oriented financial reforms such as exchange rates and interest rates, China's banking industry has also undergone profound transformation, and competition among banking institutions has become more intense. Talent cultivation is one of the key means for commercial banks to enhance their competitiveness, especially in their customer-oriented services. The level of talent cultivation determines the competitiveness of their human resources and is crucial to the quality of their development. It is also one of the key factors for the success of their transformation. As a state-owned bank, YZ Savings Bank must keep pace with the development of the times by gathering talents, pooling wisdom and efforts, and strategically deploying talent cultivation, establishing its own brand, and creating a talent cultivation model that meets its own needs. This article takes the talent training system of YZ Savings Bank TJ Branch as the research object, exploring how to improve its talent training efficiency and provide talent support for it to compete for a place in the increasingly fierce market competition. Firstly, the concepts and theories related to talent and talent cultivation were sorted out. Secondly, the current status of the talent training system of YZ Savings Bank TJ Branch was introduced from several aspects, including human resources overview, talent training objectives, talent training channels, and course training system. And an interview outline and survey questionnaire were designed to conduct interviews and investigations on the current situation of talent cultivation in the TJ branch of YZ Savings Bank. Based on the interview data and survey results, the problems in its talent cultivation system were summarized. Subsequently, based on the analyzed problems, principles and ideas for improving the talent training system of TJ Branch were proposed, and improvement measures were put forward: clarifying the strategic goals of talent training, setting diversified talent training channels, optimizing the curriculum training system, and providing guarantee measures from three aspects: culture, organization, and system. The research results of this article provide reference for YZ Savings Bank TJ Branch to achieve rapid transformation and development in the increasingly competitive financial market, and to build a leading first-class large-scale retail commercial bank to solidify its talent foundation.
