中文摘要:随着科技的持续发展与演进,世界局势的风云变幻,金融科技行业不但要确保金融基础的安全稳固,还需融合科技前沿技术来为业务赋能,整个行业正面临着多重的变革与挑战。BR公司作为专注于金融科技行业的供应商,除了要应对行业的变革与挑战外,还面临着自身发展转型的探索难题。近些年来,受整个行业及外部因素的影响,公司营收虽在增长,盈利能力却在下滑,直观表现为客户要求的不断攀升,软件行业以人力为主的资源成本持续上升,净利润不断减少。公司的各主要技术实施部门,一方面业绩压力与日俱增,另一方面运营管理的不规范、不精细导致了诸多执行过程中的浪费和损失。如何更好服务客户、优化运营、降低成本、提升业绩,成为了当前的主要课题。 在本论文中,以运营管理和精益理念为理论基石,特定聚焦于BR公司核心业务——金融软件服务的分析与研究。首先对BR公司的内外部环境状况、金融软件服务的竞争态势及现况展开分析,综合运用理论联系实际、访谈调研、文献综述等研究方法,通过运用价值流图的分析工具,本论文揭示了BR公司金融软件服务在运营管理上的主要问题,聚焦于资源配置与管理的效率。紧密结合BR公司的战略导向及自身特性,本论文遵循“问题识别—问题分析—解决方案提出—实施保障规划”的逻辑框架,系统地进行探讨与阐述。基于鱼骨图技术剖析根本原因,在资源配置方面提出“十重精益资源配置方略”,旨在改善资源配置环节的瓶颈问题,消除或降低执行中的浪费和损失。在资源管理方面提出“资源管理优化三板斧”,以优化资源管理过程,提升核心竞争力,进一步消除或降低执行中的浪费和损失。同时针对以上改进策略和机制,确定具体的实施方案和保障措施,并进行效果评价。 本论文从精益运营的视角对金融软件服务的资源配置与管理优化策略展开研究,有助于企业提高服务质量、强化成本控制、增强服务竞争力。同时,对于行业内的其他企业提供运营改善思路和参考,对推动国家金融行业独立自主平稳有序发展具有一定的现实意义。 
英文摘要:With the continuous development and evolution of technology and the ever-changing world situation, the fintech industry not only needs to ensure the security and stability of its financial foundation, but also needs to integrate cutting-edge technology to empower its business. The entire industry is facing multiple changes and challenges. As a supplier focused on the fintech industry, BR company not only needs to respond to industry changes and challenges, but also faces exploration difficulties in its own development and transformation. In recent years, influenced by the entire industry and external factors, although the company's revenue has been increasing, its profitability has been declining. This is reflected in the continuous increase in customer demands, the continuous rise in human resource costs in the software industry, and the continuous decrease in net profit. The main technical implementation departments of the company are facing increasing performance pressure on one hand, and on the other hand, the lack of standardized and refined operational management has led to waste and losses in many execution processes. How to better serve customers, optimize operations, reduce costs, and improve performance has become the main issue at present. In this thesis, based on operational management and lean concepts, the focus is specifically on the analysis and research of BR Company's core business - financial software services. Firstly, an analysis is conducted on the internal and external environmental conditions of BR company, as well as the competitive situation and current situation of financial software services. By comprehensively applying research methods such as theory combined with practice, interview research, and literature review, this thesis reveals the main problems in the operation and management of BR company's financial software services through the use of value stream mapping analysis tools, focusing on the efficiency of resource allocation and management. Closely integrated with BR Company's strategic orientation and its own characteristics, this thesis follows the logical framework of "problem identification problem analysis solution proposal implementation guarantee planning" to systematically explore and elaborate. Based on fish-bone diagram technology to analyze the root causes, the "Ten Lean Resource Allocation Strategies" are proposed in resource allocation, aiming to improve the bottleneck problems in the resource allocation process, eliminate or reduce waste and losses during execution. Propose the "Three Axes of Resource Management Optimization" in resource management to optimize the resource management process, enhance core competitiveness, and further eliminate or reduce waste and losses during execution. At the same time, specific implementation plans and safeguard measures will be determined for the above improvement strategies and mechanisms, and effectiveness evaluation will be conducted. This thesis conducts research on resource allocation and management optimization strategies for financial software services from the perspective of lean operations, which helps enterprises improve service quality, strengthen cost control, and enhance service competitiveness. At the same time, providing operational improvement ideas and references for other enterprises in the industry has certain practical significance for promoting the independent, stable and orderly development of the national financial industry.
