中文摘要:随着中共中央进一步深化改革,推进中国式现代化决定的出台,中国式现代化进入了改革的深水区,决定中提出加快推进新型工业化,培育壮大先进制造业集群,推动数字化发展,同时需要建设数字化经济机制,完善数字产业,打造具有中国特色的数字产业系统。快消品企业正在从第三次工业革命向第四次工业革命迈进,企业的产品研发、经销渠道、营销媒介、供应链等数字化要素也将面临新变化。面对内外部的数字化环境,企业真正要做的是通过数字化来构建一种新的体系,数字化体系以一种持续发展的思路建立起来后,将成为企业在市场竞争的先发优势。 本文以B公司数字化工厂方案设计为研究对象,针对B公司在运营中存在的信息孤岛、数据实时采集困难、决策缺少数据支持等问题,综合运用运营管理、精益生产等理论,设计了一套适合快消品制造企业的数字化工厂体系。该体系旨在打破信息壁垒,实现生产流程的透明化、智能化和自动化,从而提高生产效率、降低运营成本,并显著提升产品质量和市场响应速度。本文从企业层、业务层、数据层和决策层四个层面出发,分别对企业资源计划与管理系统、制造执行系统、数据采集系统及大数据平台等关键系统进行需求分析及蓝图设计。企业资源计划与管理系统通过集成企业内部各业务流程,实现了数据的实时共享和流程的无缝对接,制造执行系统则通过优化生产调度和质量管理,提高了生产现场的透明度和控制能力,数据采集通过实时采集设备数据,为生产监控和分析提供了可靠的数据支持,大数据平台则通过集成和分析各类业务数据,为管理层提供了精准的决策支持。 通过对B公司数字化工厂方案分析与研究,为B公司数字化工厂建设提供理论支撑,从而为B公司在数字化发展规划了方向,同时也为快消品制造企业数字化建设提供参考。 
英文摘要:With the decision of the CPC Central Committee to further deepen reform and promote Chinese path to modernization, China’s path to modernization has entered ta critical phase of reform. The decision proposes to accelerate the promotion of new industrialization, cultivate and expand advanced manufacturing clusters, and promote digital development. Simultaneously, it needs to build a digital economic mechanism, improve the digital industry, and create a digital industry system with Chinese characteristics. Fast moving consumer goods companies are moving from the third industrial revolution to the fourth industrial revolution, and their digital elements such as product research and development, distribution channels, marketing media, and supply chains will also face new changes. Faced with the digital environment both internally and externally, what enterprises truly need to do is to build a new system through digitization. Once the digital system is established with a sustainable development mindset, it will become a first mover advantage for enterprises in market competition. The thesis takes the design of a digital factory solution for Company B as the research object. In response to the problems of information silos, difficulty in real-time data collection, and lack of data support for decision-making in Company B's operation, a set of digital factory systems suitable for fast-moving consumer goods manufacturing enterprises is designed by comprehensively applying theories such as operation management and lean production. This system aims to break down information barriers, achieve transparency, intelligence, and automation of production processes, thereby improving production efficiency, reducing operating costs, and significantly enhancing product quality and market response speed. This thesis starts from four levels: enterprise level, business level, data level, and decision-making level, and conducts requirement analysis and blueprint design for key systems such as enterprise resource planning and management system, manufacturing execution system, data collection system, and big data platform. The enterprise resource planning and management system integrates various business processes within the enterprise, achieving real-time data sharing and seamless integration of processes. The manufacturing execution system improves the transparency and control capabilities of the production site by optimizing production scheduling and quality management. Data collection provides reliable data support for production monitoring and analysis through real-time collection of equipment data. The big data platform integrates and analyzes various business data to provide accurate decision support for management. Through the analysis and research of Company B's digital factory plan, this thesis provides theoretical support for the construction of B's digital factory, outlining a direction for B's digital development plan and offering references for the digital construction of FMCG manufacturing enterprise.
