| 中文摘要: | “碳达峰、碳中和”目标的大背景下,我国将对能源结构进行调整,为热力企业的发展提出了更高的要求。这将改变供热节能行业的竞争格局。随着供热改革的不断推进,终端用户的热使用习惯以及热力企业的供热方式将发生彻底的改变。而这一外部环境变化将会对供热节能行业产生深刻的影响。面对变化,供热节能相关企业要重新审视行业发展方向的需要,找到体现核心竞争力的发展道路。 本文以DFS公司供热业务为例,运用PEST分析工具对供热节能行业的政治、经济、文化以及技术进行了阐述。通过波特五力模型对DFS公司所处行业机构进行了分析。列举了DFS公司的外部环境的机会与威胁,内部环境的优势与劣势,并构建了企业的EFE矩阵和IFE矩阵。通过SWOT分析和QSPM矩阵对DFS公司的外部和内部环境进行量化和评价,提出DFS公司应充分利用自身的优势选择差异化竞争战略的建议。在战略的实施和保障措施中,DFS公司的差异化竞争战略应体现在解决方案的差异化、服务的差异化以及营销的差异化三个方面中。并从企业资源、组织资源、人力资源、运营管理以及企业文化五个方面提供保障措施。 本文对DFS公司供热节能业务竞争战略选择具有一定的指导意义。供热节能环保行是一个蓝海市场,但由于缺乏切实有效的解决方案导致整个行业处于瓶颈期。同时各大企业也看到了行业的未来而加入竞争,加剧了竞争态势。DFS公司规模庞大,对市场具有一定的影响力,DFS公司应充分利用自身的优势,以顾客的潜在需求为基础,通过差异化的手段为顾客解决问题,打破僵局,谋求企业发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Under the background of Carbon peak and Carbon neutrality goals, China will implement adjustment to energy structure. It will require Heating utilities to im-prove management ability. It also will change competitive situation. With promotion of heating reform, the heating usage behaviors and the method of heating service will be changed. The change will profound impact the heating industry. Faced with such an impact, enterprises in heating and energy conservation industry must to re-evaluate the development direction of the industry and find a development path that reflects core competitiveness. This thesis takes DFS Company's heating business as an example and uses PEST analysis tool to elaborate on the politics, economy, culture, and technology of the heating and energy-conservation industry. The Porter's Five Forces model was used to analyze the industry structure. It listed the opportunities and threats in the external environment of DFS company, as well as the strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment, and constructed the enterprise's EFE matrix and IFE ma-trix. Quantify and evaluate the external and internal environment of DFS company through SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix and propose that DFS company should utilize its own advantages to choose a differentiation strategy. In the implementation and Safeguard Measures of strategy, DFS company's differentiation strategy should be reflected in three aspects: solution differentiation, service differentiation, and marketing differentiation. And support Safeguard Measures from five aspects: en-terprise resources, organizational resources, human resources, operational manage-ment, and corporate culture. This thesis has certain guiding significance for the competitive strategy selec-tion of DFS company's heating and energy-conservation business. Heating energy -conservation and environmental protection is a blue ocean market, but the lack of practical and effective solutions has led to the entire industry being in a bottleneck period. At the same time, major enterprises have also seen the future of the industry and joined the competition. It intensifies the competitive situation. DFS Company has a large scale and a certain influence on the market. DFS Company should fully utilize its own advantages, based on the potential needs of customers, solve prob-lems for customers through differentiated solution to break the deadlock and seek enterprise development. | |
