中文摘要: | 近年来,因为各种原因导致的中小学生近距离用眼负担加重,使中国儿童青少年的近视率已经超过50%,因此成为重要的公共卫生问题。近视获得了中国政府的高度关注,自2018年以来,政府颁布了一系列的文件用以切实推进中国的近视防控工作。 近视筛查是近视防控工作中的重要一环。近视的早发现和不间断监测对近视防控非常关键。同时,学龄儿童每年两次的近视筛查任务工作繁重,面临诸多挑战。提高近视筛查的效率和近视防控效果将为整个国家的眼健康事业做出贡献。 本文以 WX公司为研究对象,结合蓝海战略理论与企业实际情况,探究其蓝海战略的构建和执行。首先,文章详细而全面地研究了蓝海战略理论,为制定有针对性的蓝海战略提供了必要的理论依据。其次,基于环境分析和行业结构分析,以及WX公司的经营现状,得出WX公司目前深陷红海竞争的基本判断。然后,本文重点运用蓝海战略的价值创新工具为WX公司创造出新的产品——测量尺串镜,并围绕该产品,运用蓝海战略的制定原则对该产品的蓝海战略制定进行了系统的分析和论证。最后,本文基于蓝海战略的执行原则,提出了WX公司蓝海战略的具体执行方法。 本文对WX公司的未来发展具有重要的实践和理论指导意义,有利于公司战略的转变和实施。同时,WX公司的近视筛查解决方案有可能成为当前政府主导的近视筛查方案之外的有益补充方案。另外,作为蓝海战略的一个案例, WX公司的战略制定与执行过程对其他公司蓝海战略具有一定的借鉴意义。 | |
英文摘要: | In recent years, the increased near-eye burden of primary and middle school students due to various reasons has led to the myopia rate of Chinese children and adolescents exceeding 50%, which has become an important public health problem. Myopia has attracted high attention from the Chinese government. Since 2018, the government has issued a series of documents to effectively promote the prevention and control of myopia in China. Myopia screening is an important part of the prevention and control of myopia. Early detection and continuous monitoring of myopia are critical to the prevention and control of myopia. At the same time, the task of myopia screening for school-age children twice a year is heavy and faces many challenges. Improving the efficiency of myopia screening and the effectiveness of myopia prevention and control will contribute to the eye health of the whole country. This paper takes WX company as the research object, combines the blue ocean strategy theory with the actual situation of the enterprise, and explores the construction and implementation of its blue ocean strategy. Firstly, the paper studies the blue ocean strategy theory in detail and comprehensively, providing necessary theoretical basis for the development of targeted blue ocean strategy. Secondly, based on the analysis of the environment and industry structure, as well as the operation status of WX company, the basic judgment is drawn that WX company is currently deeply immersed in the red ocean competition. Then, this paper focuses on the use of blue ocean strategy's value innovation tool to create a new product for WX company - ruler lens rack. Centering on this product, this paper uses the formulation principles of blue ocean strategy to systematically analyze and demonstrate the formulation of blue ocean strategy for this product. Finally, based on the implementation principles of blue ocean strategy, this paper proposes the specific implementation methods of WX company's blue ocean strategy. This paper has important practical and theoretical guiding significance for the future development of WX company, and is conducive to the transformation and implementation of the company's strategy. At the same time, WX company's myopia screening solution may become a beneficial supplement to the current government-led myopia screening program. In addition, as a case of blue ocean strategy, the strategy formulation and implementation process of WX company has certain reference significance for other companies' blue ocean strategy. | |
