| 中文摘要: | 在当今经济社会发展中,国有企业一直占据重要地位。为了适应市场经济的发展需求,国有企业积极探索转型升级之路,其中一个重要的举措就是着力打造资本运营平台公司。GT公司作为区属全局性、战略型、唯一性的国有资本投资运营公司,为加快形成以管资本为主的国有资产监管体制作出了积极的贡献。GT公司发展战略规划,关系到区属整体国有企业是否能够提高运营效率和盈利能力,促进创新和转型升级,促进与社会资本的深度融合,拓宽融资渠道和发展机遇。 GT公司的战略选择不仅对GT公司本身发展具有重要意义,对于其他国资平台公司均有着借鉴意义和价值。本文主要对GT公司的发展战略进行研究。运用文献分析法、案例分析法、实地调研法,对GT公司面临的外部环境与内部环境进行具体分析,并运用SWOT分析方法对GT公司的机会与威胁、优势与劣势进行分析,得出GT公司多元化战略的选择。GT公司多元化战略的内容为城市更新与新基建,包括城市中心建设与城市更新、智慧城市建设;城市配套与产业配套,包括政企业务、产业园区与产业配套、大民生产业及文旅医疗教育、社区商业化配套与农产品仓储物流;新能源产业,包括氢能、光伏与风电、热电联产与能源服务联动能源运营与供热业务;金融与投资,包括打造信用平台、发挥基金引导作用、运用创新金融工具、积极稳妥开展财务投资。通过治理优化和管理提升、深化改革和强化监管作为多元化战略实施的保障。 通过研究GT公司的多元化战略,规划GT公司今后的发展,以确保公司在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出并在外部环境的变化中持续发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In today's economic and social development, state-owned enterprises have always occupied an important position. In order to meet the development needs of the market economy, state-owned enterprises are actively exploring the path of transformation and upgrading, and one important measure is to focus on building capital operation platform companies. As a state-owned capital investment and operation company with a global, strategic, and unique nature, GT Company has made positive contributions to accelerating the formation of a state-owned asset regulatory body mainly focused on capital management. The development strategy planning of GT Company is related to whether the overall state-owned enterprises in the district can improve operational efficiency and profitability, promote innovation and transformation and upgrading, promote deep integration with social capital, broaden financing channels and development opportunities. The strategic choice of GT Company is not only of great significance for its own development, but also has reference and value for other state-owned platform companies. This article mainly studies the development strategy of GT Company. Using literature analysis, case analysis, and field research methods, this study conducts a specific analysis of the external and internal environment faced by GT Company, and uses SWOT analysis method to analyze GT Company's opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses, in order to determine the choice of GT Company's diversification strategy. The content of GT Company's diversification strategy is urban renewal and new infrastructure, including urban center construction and urban renewal, and smart city construction; Urban supporting facilities and industrial supporting facilities, including government and enterprise business, industrial parks and industrial supporting facilities, major livelihood industries and cultural tourism medical education, community commercialization supporting facilities and agricultural product warehousing and logistics; The new energy industry, including hydrogen energy, photovoltaic and wind power, cogeneration and energy service linkage energy operation and heating business; Finance and investment, including building a credit platform, leveraging the guiding role of funds, utilizing innovative financial tools, and actively and prudently conducting financial investments.
