| 中文摘要: | 金融风险防控是我们国家金融工作的三项任务之一,银行作为主要的金融机构,信贷业务作为银行的主要业务,其风险管理工作越来越重要。本文以A银行为案例,分析A银行在服务当地新区建设下公司信贷业务的现状和信贷风险管理过程,旨在发现其存在的问题并提出优化措施。 本文运用文献研究法、规范研究法和案例研究法,通过阅读文献明确研究路径和理论基础,介绍了A银行信贷风险管理的现状,对公司信贷业务的案例进行研究找出存在的问题,运用规范研究法研究改进方法和措施。 通过对A银行信贷风险管理现状的研究,本文认为A银行在信贷风险管理方面存在如下问题:一是公司信贷风险评估有效性不足,缺乏明确的企业准入标准,信贷风险测量维度较为单一;二是公司信贷风险管理方式僵化,在风险管理过程中忽略财务信息真实性,对不同性质的客户没有进行差异化管理,贷后管理流程偏形式化,过于依赖物权保障忽略了担保实现性;三是信贷结构不合理,信贷资金在行业、客户维度均出现了过于集中的问题,且整体收益性较低;四是后台支撑难以满足当前风险管理需求,业务部门与科技部门协同能力不强,客户信息反馈机制不完善,对客户经理的考核评价不合理。并分析了A银行公司信贷风险问题的成因。 针对以上提出的问题,本文认为A银行可以作出如下改进:一是加强信贷风险评估的有效性,明确企业的准入标准,丰富公司信贷风险测量维度;二是改进信贷风险的管理方式,拓宽财务信息验证方式,对不同的企业制定不同的风险管理目标,加强贷后管理的行内监管,注重第一还款来源和担保可实现性;三是优化信贷结构实施资产的组合管理,抓住未来业务发展的机会,积极承接不同行业的项目融资需求,推动信贷资金向市场化项目倾斜,加大中小微企业信贷投放力度;四是强化后台支持的有效性,加强部门协同搭建基于大数据技术的风险分析平台,推广信贷资金链式管理模式,同时建立健全激励制度与责任追究制度。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Financial risk prevention and control is one of the three tasks of our country's financial work. As the main financial institution, banks are increasingly important in risk management, and credit business is their main business. This article takes A Bank as a case study to analyze the current situation and credit risk management process of A Bank's corporate credit business under the service of local new area construction, aiming to identify its existing problems and propose optimization measures. This article uses literature research, normative research, and case study methods to clarify the research path and theoretical basis through reading literature. It introduces the current situation of A Bank's credit risk management, studies the case of the company's credit business to identify existing problems, and uses normative research to study improvement methods and measures. Through the study of the current situation of A Bank's credit risk management, this article believes that A Bank has the following problems in credit risk management: firstly, the effectiveness of the company's credit risk assessment is insufficient, there is a lack of clear enterprise admission standards, and the dimensions of credit risk measurement are relatively single; The second is that the company's credit risk management approach is rigid, neglecting the authenticity of financial information in the risk management process, and not implementing differentiated management for customers of different natures. The post loan management process is too formal, relying too much on property rights protection and neglecting the realization of guarantees; Thirdly, the credit structure is unreasonable, with excessive concentration of credit funds in both industry and customer dimensions, and overall low profitability; The fourth issue is that the backend support is difficult to meet the current risk management needs, the collaboration ability between business departments and technology departments is not strong, the customer information feedback mechanism is not perfect, and the assessment and evaluation of customer managers are unreasonable. And analyzed the causes of A Bank Company's credit risk issues. In response to the issues raised above, this article believes that Bank A can make the following improvements: firstly, strengthen the effectiveness of credit risk assessment, clarify the admission standards of enterprises, and enrich the dimensions of credit risk measurement for the company; The second is to improve the management of credit risk, broaden the verification methods of financial information, set different risk management goals for different enterprises, strengthen internal supervision of post loan management, and focus on the primary repayment source and the feasibility of guarantees; The third is to optimize the credit structure and implement asset portfolio management, seize opportunities for future business development, actively undertake project financing needs from different industries, promote the tilt of credit funds towards market-oriented projects, and increase credit investment for small and medium-sized enterprises; The fourth is to strengthen the effectiveness of backend support, strengthen departmental collaboration in building a risk analysis platform based on big data technology, promote the credit fund chain management model, and establish a sound incentive system and accountability system. | |
